They subscribed me without my knowledge and charged me for a second order after a couple of weeks. No response to my emails and very difficult to cancel the subscription. I'm still waiting for a refund or a response from them. Bank has been notified and transaction disputed.

I can take the Healthy Liver because of other medications. I reached out to the company to cancel my subscription and upcoming order. They said they couldn't cancel the order that it had already been shipped. I still have not received the HL order to send it back. Instead I received Ancestrial Organs, that I positivity did not order. I have written Support without any response. I want to send all of it back and get my money back ASAP.

Customer Service was very prompt and responsive. They answered all my questions.

My bank just added another $70.85 in charges from UPS to this debacle. After my boyfriend was signed up for a subscription without being aware, and not liking the product in the 60 day money back guarantee window, we shipped the bottles back. Emails were returned with no sender alerts, the shipment was rejected when it arrived with them, there has been no refund, and now I'm being charged for the box bouncing over the place with no one at Ritual Labs willing to sign for the box. Find another solution. This is a scam.

The product, I've only been using for about a week, so not sure of results yet. The overall communicaton on shipping and tracking on the product was helpful.

I received the second order (which I did not authorize) and it has a completely different ingredients list than what they sent me a month before. ALSO- it was only ONE bottle even though it said they were shipping the "Buy one get one free".
Ritual Labs responded to my last review on here and offered to help if I replied with my info- but there's no way to reply on here- you can only write another review. My order number was 74072

I made one single order. I did not ask for or select a monthly subscription. It must be in the fine print somewhere when you place your first order. I did not know I was going to be charged again 30 days later. My first order from 5/3/2026 has not showed up yet. The support did not answer my email for 13 days. They will not address the monthly subscription issue. This company is in Hong Kong. Do not purchase any products from them. It becomes a real time suck!

It didnt work for me but it can for others. I have Fibromyalgia and other chronic illness so that could be why ???

They are dishonest with the labeling on their website!!

On the bottle where they have to display, they're using Magnesium Stearate and Silicone Dioxide, I'm totally disgusted with this company!!!
If I had seen that I would have never bought your toxic product!!
And now, would never trust the ingredients in your product!!

Doing what you did, being dishonest to your customers, I would never trust anything about this company, they can't be trusted!!
They are deceiving their customers!!

Absolute scam! Family ordered this accidently. I contracted the company within 15 minutes to cancel the order and was ignored. Product arrived and I've made 3 attempts to contact them for return instructions. All have been ignored!! This "company" and their product CANNOT be trusted.

I told you to cancel my subscription, you send me another bottle, it is on it's way, I have too way too much as it is!!! Has done nothing for me, to date, CANCEL, as requested, DO NOT SEND ANOTHER BOTTLE, want to return the bottle in route for a full refund!!!!!! NOW YOU WANT TO SEND ME A CODE??????? FOR WHAT!!!! You are a terrible company to deal with!!!!!! There is NO CODE SENT!!! What a HASSEL!!!!

They make a great product and deliver on time

You have to let people know that is a monthly subscription.

They are a scam company. Email is the only way to contact them and they don't ever respond. So the 60 day return policy is absolutely worthless. Don't order from these people.

I received this review after a month. Asking about my order and my experience. It sucked, definitely took my money and I have still not received anything at all. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. They automatically put me on a subscription after I made a one time purchase. Who does this?? Totally deceptive. Now they say it's too late to cancel and now I have to pay out of pocket to return my order. Even that has taken weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
