Really bad company and horrible customer service. I found out the only way to get a response from them is if you give them a bad review to their survey email and cancelling the subscription. I haven't even tried the product.

Product was ok. I just need to save some money.

Shopping was delayed by weeks, after receiving and requesting a refund, I was charged again for the subscription with in s week of receiving my first order. I have requested a refund 2 more times and never once as k contacted. Do Not Order from this company.

If there were a ZERO I would give this company just that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have attempted to return my unopened product to them for refund as I have changed my supplementation needs. I emailed requesting return address according to return policy outlined on website. Many many daily emails later, I received a return address in Miami, only to find out it was a INCORRECT address. The time from receiving that email and returning package was just days. Evidence so far points to a great big scam. So far I am out the product cost and return UPS fee. I will be pursuing other avenues for collection.

Ordered on May 31st , still have not received it.

Terrible customer service. I cancelled receiving another shipment of Happy Liver and 20 days later, I received it anyway. When I contacted them, they said I could return the product but I would have to pay to return it. Why should I have to pay to return a product I cancelled before it was ever shipped out? When I emailed about this they quit responding to me.

They signed me up for auto ship and I did not ask for it. Too late to cancel order.

They scam!

When I ordered the product, I ordered enough that I wanted to try and that’s all I wanted, but they put you on a subscription that I did not realize and trying to cancel that subscription has been a nightmare. I’ve tried contacting them several times and they send me emails saying it’s been canceled and I still receive the product and a bill for that product. I send a messages way in advance before they even send out the product and they still send it anyway, even though they canceled the subscription. I sent out another message and they tried to guilt me into keeping it by asking me to help out a small business. Well, I’m an elderly woman and I have to watch my budget so they could help me out. I’ve tried and tried to cancel this before they even sent it to me, but they sent it anyway so yes, I am not happy with this company at all.

In less than 30 days, I got my first order and a second, which was unwanted and never ordered. I've been trying to go in touch with Ritual Labs and they are not answering me. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. You will never get rid of them.

Quick delivery but need to see results to give better review.

They take your payment and you never recieve the product its a scam and I still haven't been refunded my money ey after ive asked numerous times

From my previous review: These fake companies know that sending back their product is so costly that so many people decide to give up upon their claim for money back. It cost me 46.22 AUD to send the product back. That's why they put this clause in their return policy to send back the item/product.

Ritual Labs, in my opinion, are professional scammers. I earnestly encourage those new to the site to stay well away. Having placed an order I then read there were substances which sent alarm bells. I quickly contacted our GP who confirmed that it would not be a suitable product to take at this time. I contacted the company within the hour, which they acknowledged, saying they would get back to me which they did, two days later saying it was too late to cancel. They are no doubt professional in their responses (some AI) but don't believe a word for both your mental and financial health. I'm in Queensland and the unwanted product eventually arrived from Victoria. Further emails Ritual Labs requested I return the parcel to Miami, Florida. This same parcel arrived back in Qld yesterday "Return to Sender. Attempted but not known with no forwarding address" So I have the not only paid for the product but also the cost of postage. I have several emails and not an ounce of truth in one of them. I truly wonder how some business operators and staff sleep at night. Do not go near Ritual Labs. My thoughts are this company is in no way connected to the USA and the product is manufactured and shipped from China. I have no problem with this but just be honest - this will never happen with Ritua Labs so buyer beware.

Totally unresponsive to my issue. No choice to but to take to social media and post my experience there.

They subscribed me without my knowledge and charged me for a second order after a couple of weeks. No response to my emails and very difficult to cancel the subscription. I'm still waiting for a refund or a response from them. Bank has been notified and transaction disputed.

I can take the Healthy Liver because of other medications. I reached out to the company to cancel my subscription and upcoming order. They said they couldn't cancel the order that it had already been shipped. I still have not received the HL order to send it back. Instead I received Ancestrial Organs, that I positivity did not order. I have written Support without any response. I want to send all of it back and get my money back ASAP.

Customer Service was very prompt and responsive. They answered all my questions.

My bank just added another $70.85 in charges from UPS to this debacle. After my boyfriend was signed up for a subscription without being aware, and not liking the product in the 60 day money back guarantee window, we shipped the bottles back. Emails were returned with no sender alerts, the shipment was rejected when it arrived with them, there has been no refund, and now I'm being charged for the box bouncing over the place with no one at Ritual Labs willing to sign for the box. Find another solution. This is a scam.
