Excited to be less impacted by my diabetes

I had them cancel a subscription i didn't even ask for and they confirmed via email that it was cancelled and I still got charged again the next month, they lied and I am now trying to get my money back through my bank and they wouldn't give me a refund, do not buy from them!!!!

I wanted to do a follow up review about Ritual Labs. They responded to my complaint of false advertising and automatically put me into a subscription to keep buying their product or whatever it is. On trust pilot they wrote me and said there are "absolutely refunds" and to reply to them with the order #. I did this and it has now been a week and they never responded to my request for a refund. Just a terrible evil company from China or wherever. The state of the world is sad these days and this company exemplifies it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company would not respond to me about a refund. I changed my mind. I asked them to refund me. They told me it was shipped out and once it arrives to contact them about a refund never arrived contacted them again. They said that the product was sent to a PO Box and they don’t send to PO Box and they need a physical address from there. I said well since it has not been shipped. May I get a refund? No response sent three other emails asking for a reply on a refund. Nothing from there. I have been forced to go to the Better Business Bureau to help me get a refund. This company is a fraud and they like to steal from you and reading other reviews. The product is not good for you. Do not buy from them.

Do not order from this company! You will be enrolled in auto ship and will not be able to cancel. No response from the company at all.

Company sucks. Complete scam of a system. Tried to refund as soon as I plaved my order by mistake. They acknowledged the refund. 5 days later I get a message saying the package shipped. I said it should ha e been refunded. They responded with too late, package already shipped. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Ritual Labs just charged me illegally on my credit card for an order I did not order. Y'all suck.

I NEVER ORDERED these products! I left the window open to BROWSE and decide whether it was affordable. When I went back to the window I left open & it looked DIFFERENT. I browsed to see how much different product prices would be. I NEVER FINISHED the TRANSACTION! When I looked in my email the following day, somehow the website put through SIX bottles of HAPPY LIVER. I have asked for a complete refund but I am told it has already shipped out as of the 17th of June. It is the 25th of June now and I still have not seen the product! I am told if the product comes that I am to indicate to them through an email how much of it I want to return. I promptly gave them an email that said I want to return ALL OF IT! They said they would then give me a refund. It doesn't normally take 8 days to receive a product but I just now see it is from Hong Kong. Very much hoping I did not get Hacked/Scammed!! Ugh!

Customer service is abysmal and Ritual Labs misleads its customers. I do not recall signing up for the subscription service of "Buy 3, Get 3 Free" for the Happy Liver product, and when I asked RL Customer Service if they could change the subscription to every 6 months they said they'd check and then ghosted me. When the second order of the subscription arrived, there were only three bottles of Happy Liver included rather than the 6 indicated both in the emailed order confirmation and on the membership page of their customer portal, which both clearly state that the terms of the order and subscription are for "Buy 3, Get 3 Free". RL Customer Service said they're only providing 3 free bottles for the first order. I asked RL Customer Service to please replace the missing bottles or refund my order and to update their ordering/messaging/subscription management systems so that customers are not misled. They just keep repeating that they only provide the 3 free bottles once. This company appears to be dishonest and is not listening to customers. I am frustrated and disappointed by this ordering experience and the apparent lack of RL Customer Service willingness to make sure their messaging is honest and transparent. I really wanted to make this product a regular part of my health care routine but I do not trust this company and suggest that you buy from a reputable company.

I did not know this was a subscription and when I received a credit card charge I tried to contact the company which appears to be in Hong Kong and I have been unable to make contact.

Really bad company and horrible customer service. I found out the only way to get a response from them is if you give them a bad review to their survey email and cancelling the subscription. I haven't even tried the product.

Product was ok. I just need to save some money.

Shopping was delayed by weeks, after receiving and requesting a refund, I was charged again for the subscription with in s week of receiving my first order. I have requested a refund 2 more times and never once as k contacted. Do Not Order from this company.

If there were a ZERO I would give this company just that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have attempted to return my unopened product to them for refund as I have changed my supplementation needs. I emailed requesting return address according to return policy outlined on website. Many many daily emails later, I received a return address in Miami, only to find out it was a INCORRECT address. The time from receiving that email and returning package was just days. Evidence so far points to a great big scam. So far I am out the product cost and return UPS fee. I will be pursuing other avenues for collection.

Ordered on May 31st , still have not received it.

Terrible customer service. I cancelled receiving another shipment of Happy Liver and 20 days later, I received it anyway. When I contacted them, they said I could return the product but I would have to pay to return it. Why should I have to pay to return a product I cancelled before it was ever shipped out? When I emailed about this they quit responding to me.

They scam!

When I ordered the product, I ordered enough that I wanted to try and that’s all I wanted, but they put you on a subscription that I did not realize and trying to cancel that subscription has been a nightmare. I’ve tried contacting them several times and they send me emails saying it’s been canceled and I still receive the product and a bill for that product. I send a messages way in advance before they even send out the product and they still send it anyway, even though they canceled the subscription. I sent out another message and they tried to guilt me into keeping it by asking me to help out a small business. Well, I’m an elderly woman and I have to watch my budget so they could help me out. I’ve tried and tried to cancel this before they even sent it to me, but they sent it anyway so yes, I am not happy with this company at all.

In less than 30 days, I got my first order and a second, which was unwanted and never ordered. I've been trying to go in touch with Ritual Labs and they are not answering me. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. You will never get rid of them.
