They are a scam company. Email is the only way to contact them and they don't ever respond. So the 60 day return policy is absolutely worthless. Don't order from these people.

I received this review after a month. Asking about my order and my experience. It sucked, definitely took my money and I have still not received anything at all. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

It's been a month and I still haven't received my product!

One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. They automatically put me on a subscription after I made a one time purchase. Who does this?? Totally deceptive. Now they say it's too late to cancel and now I have to pay out of pocket to return my order. Even that has taken weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

If I could provide a negative 5 stars, I would. Worst customer service experience ever. I placed the order by mistake, before reading BBB review. Once reading review, I immediately tried to cancel order. They "couldn't find the order" and said they would get back to me. Then I received an order saying the order had been processed. So I sent another message asking them to cancel the order. Before the item had even shipped, they told me I would just need to mail the product back to them at my own expense and they would then refund me. However, BBB says they refuse deliveries and don't actually refund you. Ultimately, I flagged this company as a scam with my credit card.

Horrible process. As you check out the site doesn't show successful checkout but jumps to a page showing yet another savings opportunity. No way to simply confirm check out. Closed the website. Assumed the checkout failed. Then, voila, 24 hours later, an email confirms my order. A week later and it still hasn't shipped. May just return it. AWFUL PROCESS! Guessing terrible customer service too.

I am trying very hard to take away the reoccurring payment. You tell me to go to my account and manage it but when I do it says there is no email connected. I want it stopped or give me a phone number to call you. Carmen Davenport

Worst scam ever!!! Don’t do it!!!! You order one to try and Ritual Labs will automatically put you on a subscription which is impossible to cancel!!! Even when they apologize.. they ship another one. Not once a month.. once a week. $39 a pop. Not interested in trying any products from a scam company. RUN!!!

The buying experience was quick and easy with no problems.

I placed an order on June 8th and still Have NOT received it on June 21st. Credit me back -
Got Ripped

I wish I could erase my previous review as I had confused it with a different supplement. Everything written on that review is NOT for Ritual Labs at all! Ths is a HORRIBLE company who sneaks in subscriptions, fails to cancel, send invoices saying I ordered more than I did and won't acknowledge that I NEVER received the order they snuck in! Email after email and no resolution. AND, their bottle says serving size is 1 capsule but under directions it says to take 2! WTH.

I purchase a year's worth of product and UNSUBSCRIBED. This company billed me 30 days later for another year. There is no phone number and only automated email. BUYER BEWARE. After sending emails over and over explaining the same thing, finally I received a letter that I was unsubscribed. If they continue to bill me for a year's worth every month, I will retain an attorney to solve this. There is no one with whom a customer can speak. Whether the product is good or not, I strongly advise not dealing with this company because they are disorganized and only interested in money.

I have fatty liver and was looking for something to improve my liver function and health. I’ve been on “Happy liver” for about 30 days and haven’t noticed any remarkable improvement. That said, they enrolled me in a subscription and, although I emailed to cancel, the subscription wasn’t cancelled. Once I was notified of my next shipment, I attempted to cancel again and it appears to have gone through this time…time will tell. IMHO, this company is just scamming customers with the subscription.

I experienced a few side effects.

Never received my order, from May 26. Emailed and heard nothing back. Requested refund still heard nothing. I will be contacting company credit card to request refund not happy at all.

Automatically enrolled in subscription I don’t want. Unable to cancel.

Easy to order, I take the product daily. Who knows if results are happening, as I feel the same.
