WARNING. Riigid EU were very friendly, polite, and quick to reply to any questions. However—warning: they never delivered the suitcase. Fortunately, I paid with AMEX, and they refunded me.

I ordered a check in and carry on. they look great but upon closer inspection they are truly terrible. The extension handle might last one trip, if you're lucky.
They offer a prepaid return label if not satisfied with the suitcases. I began the process of returning the bags 13 days ago! 13 days of either no replies or time wasting emails saying basically nothing.
The price is good but the product is mediocre and the customer service among the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Worst than the DMV!
Stay far far away from RIIGID suitcases.

Dredful…They advertised next day DHL delivery, it’s now weeks and I’m without my order. They claimed they had stock issues and that it was coming back in stock a week ago. Still no delivery shipment.

Still not delivery shipment so I requested a partial refund. They cancelled the entire order!! So frustrating. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I feel like I’ve been scammed if I’m honest. God knows if I’ll even get a refund.

Bought Case in December, went to use it in January - one of the locks didnt open at all.
Reported it was faulty and wanted replacement. Had to send them a video to prove it didnt work.
4 weeks later they send me new locks - not a new case - new locks that I was supposed to fit myself!! lol 🤯
Emailed saying this was not acceptable, waited another week for a reply and they said they needed another video!

So - faulty product, slow responses to emails, slow to send out replacement (locks) the fact they think me changing the locks myself is a good enough solution, more slow responses to emails, and them not accepting that I want a replacement case.
Have reported to trading standards and started small claims court case to get money back.

I ordered a suitcase from Riigid costing £182.50. My order was delivered on 23/01/2026, and the suitcase arrived damaged.
Customer support initially offered a 10% refund (£18.25), which I felt was unreasonable given the item was delivered in poor condition. After further discussion, Riigid agreed to a £50 refund, which I accepted.
However, weeks later I still have not received the refund. Despite confirming it had been submitted, they have continued delaying the process and have now attempted to change the agreed refund amount to 20%, which is not what was previously agreed.
Very poor customer service, slow resolution, and I’ve had to chase repeatedly. I would not recommend based on my experience.
Poor quality - Avoid
These cases look like they’re high quality but the reality is that they are not as strong as they look. After one flight the case looks very damaged and one of the locks was broken.
Lifetime guarantee is not what it seems and there was no offer to replace the case only an offer to replace the lock which involves unscrewing the old part and replacing which isn’t ideal. The replacement lock has never arrived even after multiple e-mails. Save your money and time as you’ll only be disappointed.
Misleading product information - Avoid
It’s in total lies. They don’t ship the product when they say they will. I’ve waited months and months for deliveries.
They falsely advertise on their website - for example they claim their small luggage case is approved by airline carriers that it isn’t.
Finally they state they will come with packaging cubes and tags - another lie. I’ve sent over 40 emails now to this company and just get the brush off every time.
Please don’t get sucked in by their glossy social media and misleading information.
I will be reporting to trading standards and filing a charge back.

Unfortunately I too have been conned by this company. I do believe their customer service is AI generated and full of BS. Do not waste your money. I will now be going to trading standards. I will be asking PayPal to refund my money and I will be taking to social media and I hope that other people get to see what a shameless outfit this company is. Do not purchase from them you will get nothing.

No refund after five months
My order was returned and collected on 23rd May and, almost five months later, I have still not received any refund or even an update.
I’ve emailed multiple times and been completely ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable and unprofessional. Once items are returned, a refund should be issued promptly not dragged out for months with no communication.
It’s extremely disappointing and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. They have shown no accountability and no willingness to resolve the issue.

They kept giving me the runaround via email until I started commenting on all their Instagram posts and leaving negative reviews everywhere. Only then did the owner himself contact me through his personal Instagram and refund me the same day. I find it crazy that it had to come to that...
As for the quality of the suitcase itself, I’ll see how it holds up after a few trips. I’ll come back and update my review.
I paid for a case April 19 STILL NO REFUND June 7th
I ordered a 22' silver suitcase during the sale for £175.50 April 19th.
I cancelled my order after a month of waiting, despite being told the case would arrive within 5 working days of the order/payment.
As of 7th June. I have NOT received a refund, even after sending many requests begging for my money to be returned. All I recieve is excuse after excuse.
BUYERS BEWEAR.

A 28" in Silver colour ordered and payed on April the 22nd and never arrived.
Claimed the refund of my money I only received comments pretending to distract and delay but no effective actions has been taken apart of showing a "supposed" refund order to whoever who has to do it on May the 6th.
Conclusion is no suitcase, no money and no reliable response or responsible action.
I will denounce it to action fraud in England and to the equivalent authority in my country apart of other actions.
Obviously, my suggestion is be careful and do not buy in this shop. I had to hardly check by myself that the comments in social media talking about the fake positive comments and reviews in the Internet are sadly true.
Take care of your money and time.
We are talking here about a young man who fancies himself a businessman but is nothing more than a huckster or a peddler, sorry but English is not my mother tongue, with no financial muscle pretends to lead a company that is clearly incapable of fulfilling its commitments.
Don't know if I will have my money back but up to that moment, if happen, a tinpot scamer.
Customer Support Nightmare
I should have just ordered from AliExpress.
If Katherine were a real person, as Jude describes, I've never met a more incompetent person in my life. The incompetence in customer support is remarkable. If she's AI, it would certainly be appropriate to watch a few more tutorials on YouTube. I ordered four suitcases during the Easter sale, some of which were oversold. Instead of offering me sensible solutions, they wasted my time and didn't understand the problem they had created. My request to cancel the order if certain products were out of stock was ignored even the third time. Now, after three weeks, three of the four suitcases have arrived. The quality is just sufficient enough that you don't regret your money. The "fabric" inside is a disgrace, and even a plastic bag would be more flattering for the clothes. The locks aren't worth that description. So, over here now. Please cancel my order or give me a refund for the missing suitcase!! Stop telling me that my patience is great - it hasn't existed since the first email. Stick to your promises and deadlines, and especially when you screw things up, proactively look for a real solution without delaying tactics.
Avoid with a 50 foot pole
Avoid with a 50 foot pole, lie about it being posted and then post days later to try and satisfy after you ask for a refund. Item gets left outside by the deliverer which is evri not dpd. Now nearly 2 weeks on I'm without the product I didn't want as got a different suitcase and still without my refund - Jude don't delete these messages like you did the last ones ill make sure to get screenshot again. SEND MY REFUND - he did delete my messages on their instagram to ensure he can scam others in the future
