They require full payment before install -they hold your deposit to ransom and will not install till you pay the full amount. Very poor service.
the only reason they’re getting one star is because Menka who measured and quoted was thorough and professional. ordered 2 x timber venetian blinds for pair of windows. installed ok then realised after installer left that the tilt cord on one of the venetians was 5cm shorter than the other so i couldn’t reach without a step stool - i’m 158cm tall - and then the pelmet fell off. it’s taken six months to get the blind fixed. victory has not once rung me once to fix this problem. i’ve had repeated emails go unanswered by service and i have to call them, often waiting on hold, to find out what’s happening. their story kept changing: new venetian blind’s been ordered as they can’t replace the cord; parts have been ordered to fix the cord; parts ordered from a different place to fix the problem. 2 technicians in April 2026 failed to turn up at agreed times. i have to call Victory to find out why, Today Pascal, a subcontractor, fixed the venetian in 10 minutes without needing any alleged spare parts. Don’t risk having same substandard experience. Find a company that employs their own service staff. and can answer an email or pick up the phone to resolve an issue. i’ve remained through gritted teeth polite at all times despite being stuffed around. Thanks to Pascal for resolving the issue and for his great communication.

Ken was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He arrived right on time and immediately put me at ease with how knowledgeable and organised he was. He walked me through all of the options in a really clear, practical way and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my space.
Every question I had — and there were quite a few — he answered quickly, confidently, and with genuine care. Nothing felt rushed or sales‑y; he was simply focused on helping me make the right choice. His advice on layout, materials, and functionality was incredibly helpful and made the decision so much easier.
I placed my shutter order last week and I’m genuinely excited for the installation. If the installation experience is anything like the consultation, I know I’m in excellent hands.

Wait time for one sheer curtains over 5 months , no communication, customer support very difficult to contact, and when you do they are dismissive and can’t give any information on installation dates you just have to wait wait wait for a text message telling you you date giving just 3 days notice , if the date doesn’t suit , a further wait of at least another 3 weeks !!!!

I ordered blinds and curtain sheers. Throughout this process I was the one chasing Victory for my product. When I first called chasing up my blinds, I was advised they had been in the workshop for 1 week, why was I not contacted on their arrival?. On installment, the blinds had lifted my window board off the wall as they didn’t use a big enough screw. Reporting damage, I didn’t hear back for weeks. Again, I had to be the one chasing Victory. I called chasing up my sheer curtains, again to be told they had been in the workshop for 1 week. The day of instalment, I hadn’t heard from the technician with a time of arrival, it was midday by this point. I called once again and chased this up. Technician arrived by 2:30pm, of which he advised me that Victory were unable to locate the correct brackets. So it was not installed on this day. He told me Victory rescheduled for the following week, I was not made aware of this new date - no communication from Victory! Very disappointing, poor customer service, poor communication.
NEVER EVER CHOSE THIS FRAUD COMPANY! please spare yourself from waste of time, unprofessionalism, ignorance . Sales person measured wrong, instal day came after me chasing them as never heard back after money paid- waiting around for tech to come and he is not able to drop thru tiles so had to leave . ( one job) . Then chasing them ( while being on hold longer than government places ) to get someone to come and finish - finally booked it - without telling me and just found out only cos I rang again. Second try - only to find out - one window blind is wrong size and the other window they lost second blind roll . Not to mention sales person lied about the way blind will be installed and got the battery on a wrong side. It’s like you would not be able to mass it up if you wanted on purpose in so many areas. Getting involved with this company is biggest regret. And they are not cheap. Office of fair trade is next step.

Job is not completed - tried numerous time to get get someone to finish as stated which has implications with other trades. Will need to source solution from someone else at our expense. Never ever recommending victory blinds
At this stage, as much as the product could be good, but not much better than many other retailers (especially if you do not need special sizes) we still have a blind on the floor for the past 9 months as no one is completing installation .
PLEASE NEVERR PAY BILLS unless jobs are competed

Salesman made errors with measurements on first go in december. Technician arrived in Late January and installed the wrong size curtains. The curtains were way too long and draping very low to the floor. Technician blames it on the salesman’s measurements. 2nd technician came 8 weeks later to fix with new fabric and the curtains looks worst than the first mistake. The curtain levels on the bottom are so uneven, some parts touching the floor and some sits 1cm up. I have made it clear I wanted 2cm up when I spoke to Salesman Ken. Called back Victory Curtains & Blinds and request they fix these uneven curtains. We are near April and So much time have been wasted following up with this company, issues are still not fixed. The technician has absolutely no attention to detail. How can they install the curtains so unevenly and still walk away ticking off “job done”.

So happy for Victory Blinds that they are doing so well they can't be bothered getting back to me with a quote after a week. Guess an $11000 plus blind and curtain package isn't worth their time.

He took away the rubbish and left bedrooms nice and clean.

I had a great experience with Victory Blinds Brisbane. It was so easy to make an appointment and Cameron provided excellent advice. Ian was our installer, he let me know when he'd arrive and installed the blinds perfectly. The whole experience was hassle free.

They used to be good - bought several blinds through them, but definitely will not be a returning customer in the future. Motorised blind lost its programming and technician came out and fixed it. Said it should not happen again - but it did. Rang at the end of Jan and was told a new part would be ordered in. I rang back at the end of February to find out about progress only to be told that due to a mistake, the part hadn't been ordered at all. I rang in March and was told that the part arrived the previous day and that a technician would be booked for Mar 17. Took a day off work on Mar 17. I tried to ring to find out approx time that the technician would arrive. I was kept on hold for over a half an hour, and three calls later, I find out that the technician had called in sick and wouldn't be coming out. No attempt by Victory Blinds to let me know this. The phone system and on-hold process is appalling and communication processes are poor.
