Fantastic experience dealing with Vincent at Blinds on the Net. From the initial enquiry through to delivery, Vincent was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to discuss our requirements, arranged fabric samples and came up with a clever solution for our unusual measurements. The finished blind was absolutely perfect, and the entire process was seamless. We were so impressed that we've already decided to order two more! A genuine pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Honestly Vincent was very helpful the window awning skin that I ordered fitted perfectly and was easy to install they used quality canvas very well made.

I don't normally write reviews but Vincent from Blinds on the Net was incredibly helpful. I originally had an issue with one of my blinds and he went out of his way to find out what happened and had the blind remade and delivered within 48hours!! He was polite and extremely helpful and whilst resolving the issue he kept me updated every step of the way. Absolute 10/10 for customer service.

Canvas awning has still NOT been received 38 working days after order placed & paid for.
First we were advised it was still sitting on the dock. Three weeks later they advised we would have it in three days. Five days later- we were told it hasn't been picked up by the freight company.
Told them to cancel & refund our $850.
A shame because we were going to order five more window coverings.
Massive shout out to Vincent for all the help he offered by going above & beyond.
Production team need to be addressed re: lack of work ethic.

Have had multiple great experiences with Blinds on the Net. Product is high quality and reasonably priced. We have used both the sheer and blockout roller blinds. Great products.
We have also had impeccable aftermarket service from Vincent in particular. Some user error led to us damaging a part and Vincent sorted us out incredible efficiently, timely, professionally and friendly. He was awesome.
Highly recommend to others looking for quality window furnishings at sensible prices, with great service.

We have bought 3 blinds (retractable awnings) and we are very pleased with them. The quality of materials, delivery time and ease of ordering are excellent. I fitted them myself and I am only a basic DIY guy. Blinds are stylish and make a huge difference in keeping the house cool.

Great blind and excellent after sales support

I got the Honey cell Block out blinds for the Master bedroom and they are fantastic!
Followed the measurement guide exactly and got a perfect fit and are easy to install with a drill, screwdriver and minimal knowhow.
They look elegant, block out the light and have made a difference in the temperature at night esp over the last winter.
A great price compared to other online sites, manufactured in Australia which is important to me and delivered fast after ordering.
On a side note, Blinds on the net did a wider size compared to others I priced. (others did 2 drops for my measurement of 2.7m)
