ordered some filters Sunday evening tracked and arrived Tuesday lunchtime, quicker than i expected,packaged well,brilliant service.Found the company via youtube channel with photographer Neil Redfearn using filters,well worth a watch.Hoping for similar results myself, highly recomended

Great camera strap and excellent customer service
Ordered a pink 100cm rope camera strap so that I could finally take my new (old) camera out for a spin. The strap arrived within the time frame I received from the confirmation email, and in really good packaging. Thank you Andy! I would highly recommend and will be coming back.

CAM IN Leather compact camera strap
Beautiful product well made and packaged.
You wouldn't find a product like this in a main stream retailer so it's so important to use individual retailers like Rigu.
The service is top class and I will definitely use them again and suggest anyone reading this does likewise.

Black Simplr F1 Sling Style Camera Strap - Lug Mount
I had some time this week to take my camera out, and I must say that the strap is very comfortable, sleek, and easy to attach to the camera body. It was also well-packaged, and the postage was very fast. I would highly recommend it!

Great service
I wanted to purchase a Hold Fast moneymaker for my husband but his size was not in stock. A delivery was due on the Friday, received an email from Andy at 8:30 that evening saying that it had arrived, he had put it on a special order for me to purchase and he would dispatch it ASAP. He mailed me again on the Monday to say it had been dispatched and it arrived promptly on the Tuesday morning. Amazing service from a retailer who really knows their product.

Exceptional Customer Service
I accidentally brought the wrong size Hold Fast Money Maker Dual Camera Harness. I emailed Rigu to ask if I could exchange it. I received a quick and friendly response. As soon as they received my package I was notified that my smaller harness was on it's way to me and it arrived a couple of days later. Andy's personal attention has made the entire process enjoyable and easy. I look forward to buying more products from him in the future, I highly recommend shopping here.

First Class Service
Superb website and a showcase for quality products. So nice to find we traditional camera owners are being catered for, & especially from a proper site instead of FB pages.
I placed a tiny order for Cam-in Lug Mount adaptors & instead of something thrown in a scruffy envelope they arrived packaged with care, in fully recyclable packing. I got a personal email when the goods were despatched & despite this being a very small order I felt like a valued customer.

Hi Christine, thanks so much for the review! I can't always promise that the packing will be recyclable as I tend to re-use the stuff that I receive from suppliers, so it is occasionally plastic bubble wrap, but I do try and use paper/card/tissue paper where possible.
