High quality products and top notch service
Imagine being able to buy everything you need from really quality brands thru a small, women owned business- that’s why I initially bought from Ride or Die. I have now made over 5 purchases (let’s be honest- it’s like Costco and my cart never has less than $150 worth of stuff in it at the tack shop!). I’ve had one product I didn’t like and Suzanne was responsive and helpful. Everything else has been a big win because she vets all the products she carries. Fast shipping, top notch communication. I seriously can’t say anything negative.

Ride or Die is a must!
I absolutely love the live sales every week. Great deals, always has the latest releases for my fave brands, and the group is very engaging. She carries all the best brands and has great sales! Simple to purchase items, the package ships out fast and typically is received within a few days barring the weird weather over the winter. I needed to exchange one item and the process was smooth. One of the best online tack shops out there and one of my top 3 I purchase from. Make sure and watch a live show on any social media sites or their newly launched app!

Ride or Die Equestrian has been nothing but amazing!! It has become my go to place to shop for anything dressage/equestrian. Susanne will go out of her way to find you the products you are looking for. She is honest and always tests the products before she sells them. The shipping is super fast too! If this request had been made a couple of months ago, it would have been 5 stars for sure. I love the merchandise, the prices are decent and I liked the customer service. Unfortunately, I had to downgrade the rating because I bought something as a Christmas present and it turned out to be the wrong size. Christmas, unfortunately, was outside the return period. When I called to see if they could possibly accept a return because it was new with tags, they said no. They were within their rights, but, had they said yes, they would have gotten a better review. They also would have secured my business. As it is, I don't shop there anymore. [Edit based on Ride or Die's response. The store didn't do anything wrong and I tried to make that clear. I was just saying that if it had gone the extra mile, the review would have been fully positive. I'm sorry you saw only the negative part of my review. It's a good site, with good products and fair pricing. The communication is also very good.]

Thanks for your honest feedback. Yes you did purchase an item on Nov 27th, 2024 that arrived to you on Dec 9th 2024 during our well communicated extended holiday returns period that extended all the way until January 31st 2025 - a generous return window by any measure in online retail. You also purchased with two stacked coupons and really did get a great deal. You reached out to us weeks after the two month return window closed and no, we did not grant you an exception. We can live with a 3 star rating, as a small business we do everything to kindly communicate our generous policies, and we will also stand up with the facts in the face of this kind of review.
