First great communication. The helmet consultation was great as well! I was able to finally find a fit that didn’t give me pain during riding. Overall a great experience and I’ll be a repeat customer

Great range of products quick shipping great packing good prices

I had fun shopping with Susanne for my new Kask. We tried several brands and models and I appreciated her attention to detail, and knowledgeable customer support. She focused on safety first and then comfort.

Great to have helmet professionally fit! Very knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff was super easy to work with. The answer to all my questions. I would highly recommend them! My product was as described. Very happy with customer service and prompt delivery.

Gave my 2 horses baths last weekend and didn’t have to use very much shampoo and really like the detangler spray it smelled real good.

Everything purchased from Ride or Die over the past few years has been “spot on”. Susanne does an amazing job of finding unique items that she and her barn buddies test themselves before ever selling to the general public. I’m a larger rider and definitely appreciate her dedication to accommodate those of us that are not a size 2. If Ride or Die doesn’t carry it, it’s probably not worth having!

My new show coat arrived just in time to use at a big event, and the customer service to ensure it arrived earlier than expected was top-notch. This is a shop I would highly recommend to any of my friends and clients!

Excellent customer service and fit experience with Susanne at Ride or Die. She truly wanted to find the best helmet for my safety and benefit! Great / easy return procedures for what didn’t fit and great future easy process for her to help with exchanging with manufacturers if/when falls occur in the future. Would definitely use again!

Great products and great customer service!

Susanne helped me find a great fitting (and looking) helmet for me; surprisingly I've been an equestrian for 26 years and the last 5 years my helmets have either given me headaches or not fit properly and Susanne was a wizard at helping me find just the right brand and fit! Will be coming back next time I need a helmet!

Ride or Die Equestrian Shop is truly something special. From the moment you enter a live sale (or reach out), you’re met with a level of customer service that is rare to find these days.

Suzanne and her team are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about both horse and rider. They don’t just sell products they take the time to understand exactly what you need. Whether you’re trying to find the perfect saddle pad size, the right fit for breeches or riding shirts, or even guidance on products for your horse or equipment, they go above and beyond to help.

What really sets them apart is their willingness to dig deeper tracking down specific items, checking on sizing, and making sure you leave confident in your purchase. You never feel rushed or like just another customer. Instead, you feel supported and taken care of every step of the way.

Suzanne and her team are simply fantastic. If you’re looking for an equestrian shop that combines expertise, kindness, and exceptional service, Ride or Die Equestrian Shop is the place to go.

My first time ordering from this shop: easy to order, came quickly and they carry things that are difficult to find.
When my purchase arrived it had a nice note and treats in the box! A far cry from a lot of other retailers.
Will shop here again and def recommend to others!!!

Great communication and they made sure I received my product within the timeframe I needed it. Would order from them again!

Everything that I buy from you is great! I wish I could buy everything I want!
