Richmond Motor Group - MG Guildford Anmeldelser

Henry Jackson has been incredibly helpful from start to finish and I love my new car. I can’t wait to take it for a good run out

This is our 5th Mg as a family and my 3rd Xpower, although there were issues with the new car , Kelly Faith along with the service team sorted them out.
Things can go wrong it's how they are dealt with, Kelly is amazing example of a profession who goes above and beyond to ensure the buying experience is first class

"I had a fantastic experience buying my new car from akash at Richmond motors. He was very knowledgeable, transparent, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. There was zero pressure, and he answered all my questions patiently. Highly recommend asking for akash if you are shopping for a vehicle!"

Dylan Mogg was very helpful and managed the entire process very well.

Dylan Mogg spent time with us to understand our requirements for a small EV and explained the options. Quickly got us out on a test drive and then with Sheila came up with quotes to meet our budget. Very professional and good sales experience with no pressure and focus on helping us make the right decision

Very happy and been very pleased with Kelly

I had a really positive experience purchasing my new car. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, straightforward and stress-free.

A special mention has to go to my Kelly Faith who was absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable throughout, answering all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. They made the whole experience enjoyable and made sure everything was taken care of.

Initially our experience was a little rocky as we ventured over to MG Richmond Guildford for a test drive that wasn’t offered despite being booked in.

I gave my feedback to the Sales Manager, Hayder, who was excellent and apologetic, agreeing that we should have gone out on our test drive.

Hayder promised to put things right and came back to us with some offers on our chosen car which were better than those offered previously. We accepted pending a test drive.

Our 2nd visit to MG Richmond Guildford was completely different and a much better experience all round. We were well looked after by the knowledgeable and friendly Marius and immediately shown to the demonstrator for our much anticipated test drive.

We loved our time with the car and put our order in shortly after our test drive, a handover date & time was set and all the paperwork sorted efficiently.

Everything went smoothly, picking up our new car on the set handover date without any delays or complications.

Marius is a real asset to Richmond MG Guildford and we are very happy with our new car.

It is now the 2nd time we have bought a car from the Richmond group and we would do so again in the future. Highly recommended.

It was great to return to Richmond Motor Group for a new car. We were once again looked after by Marius Mockus who is a very methodical and professional salesman. We leased this time and Marius took the time to explain the process and what he needed from us to complete the process. The service was second to none and we would have no hesitation in recommending both Marius and the company.

This was the second car we have bought from this dealership.
Originally we were going to buy an used car, but decided on a new car. Marius Mockus, at Guildford Richmond Motors, helped us go through the costs, additional requirements and the vehicle.
His help was very good and any queries were answered promptly.
We would recommend the dealership and Marius as part of the team.

Marius Mockus made the process so professional and clear, he was very patient and explained all the details.

As a novice in cars, Marius Mockus was the perfect person to talk me through what was best for me. Within one week i had my very first car, a brand new MG4 Urban. So happy with the purchase! Many thanks, Marius and MG!

Great service from start to finish. Marius was fantastic and helped with every step of my purchase offering advice and guidance.

Kelly dealt with my sale and was so lovely. Talked me through any extras and answered all questions
