The customer service was excellent!! They even managed to pickup that everything on my order except one item was a colour match and went out of their way to contact me and confirm. Very excited for the products to arrive.

I must say that shopping for door handles, latches and locks isn't one of my greatest skills - I was so grateful for Missy from Restoration Online, who called me in the morning to double check few items in my purchase and helped me fix some of the mess I made in my order. Amazing - forever grateful!

I only had a small order of a cabinet lock, but unfortunately it would get stuck, so I contacted RO for a replacement. The company could not have been more helpful, especially Rachael, who I dealt with. They made every attempt to get the lock I needed and it arrived with no charge. The after-sales service was great and I would recommend the company to anyone.

Had struggled to get obscure part for antique door lever handle for months, original supplier no longer operating , restoration online sales people went the extra mile to locate a supplier of a similar part and I received this soon after. Great service cannot recommend them too highly.

I've used Restoration Online twice now for my new kitchen and mudroom cabinetry. Their website makes it easy to cross compare & to match up products. The phone service to clarify my order was also good. Unfortunately the screws provided for the chrome and brass cup handles , plus brass knobs were unsuitable for my shaker profile cabinetry in both areas. The two different cabinet makers (unknown to the other) both declined to use the screws provided as they were deemed unsuitable and not durable for purpose. Hence, we needed to make a mad dash to Bunnings to buy more durable, suitably sized screws and have had to use metal screws on the brass fittings as Bunnings did not stock the more durable screws necessary for the cabinet maker on the day of installation. Restoration Online has provided my feedback to their supplier, Tradco, however I understand Tradco do not intend to do anything about the screws moving forward, and Restoration Online do not have the power to rectify as various external warehouses manage distribution. I would still recommend Restoration Online - but be ready to go and buy your own screws!

Restoration Online is the only company I recommend to clients and I'm also a returning customer. They are always prompt to answer any questions, professional, easy website to navigate with reliable descriptions (what you order is what you get). An Australian company with a strong work ethic.

After spending a lot of time browsing the restoration online website I still wasn’t sure which product I should buy to replace a missing window latch. I sent an email with a photo of the remaining latch and asked for closest match to replace them both whilst staying in keeping with the rest of the homes fittings. I got a detailed response back the next day with links to the two most likely fits and what to watch out for. Great service for such a small purchase. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Placed an order on Sunday night for an array of door and window hardware, and light switches in polished brass. On Monday morning I had communication from the team to query some of the quantities I’d used because they usually see 2 x 1 part to every 1 of another, and that I’d selected 2 different baseplate colours. They were so knowledgeable and sent through the options so I could fix it on the spot and update my order. Really impressed that they knew their product and understood how the ranges work together. Will absolutely be using Restoration Online in future and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality parts and great service
