We are undertaking a full house renovation and engaged Restoration Online for all of our joinery hardware, door hardware and Fireclay butlers sinks. I honestly could not recommend Restoration Online more! The website is very easy to use, provides lots of information on what you need to consider when purchasing certain hardware and prompts you with questions to ensure you are selecting the appropriate hardware which is extremely helpful. The staff (particularly Tayla) provided me with an outstanding level of customer service! She went out of her way to help me with my many queries and made the process as simple and seamless as possible. Great customer service is hard to come by these days but Tayla was amazing! We will certainly use Restoration Online again.

I highly, highly recommend the whole team at Restoration Online. We are renovating a hundred year old farmhouse and have placed several orders with Restoration Online over the past few months, and have been so happy! Not only do they have an AMAZING selection of everything you could possibly need for a beautiful heritage renovation, their customer service is so wonderful. A couple of times I've made an error when ordering door hardware and they've flagged it and checked my order before shipping, which has saved me so much time and running around. I also really love that they provide regular updates on the estimated shipping date of items with a longer lead time, and will ship items individually so that you at least receive items as they are available. And the shipping/tracking is very reliable. I'm a huge fan of this place!
