We stayed off site due to cost (for a group of 7) and while this was nice, transportation to and from the parks or other entertainment areas were very limited. It would have been nice to go a bit later (shuttle) and stay later as we had teenagers that like going to the parks without younger children in attendance.

The hotel WAS VERY OLD AND OUTDATED. The rooms had a very bad odor, the walls and hallways were filthy and the beds felt moist. We were veery disappointed that this resort was seven associated with the Disney Brand.

Favorite place to stay in Orlando
Although the Crowne Plaza no longer had daily housecleaning service except upon request, I was very satisfied with the overall service and room.
