The hotel is nice and comfortable, but in time this last visit we noticed changes in the treatment of the staff towards the guest, in the transport, we did not have room cleaning but they did not give us the Gift card like previous years. Let's hope they go back to the paid and free meal plan so it's worth spending more to stay at a Disney hotel, otherwise it's not worth it relative to Other hotel with more comforts and much cheaper. If they do not improve the training of the staff and give benefits, they will lose loyal guests like us and I know many more who think the same

It was a wonderful stay in the condo. Being close to the parks, fast food, sit down dining, and grocery stores makes this an ideal location. Having a kitchen and laundry in the unit makes it a perfect place for me.

Maintenance is lacking, service is lacking. Has unbelievable potential

COMPLETELY RELEX AND ENJOYMENT

We really appreciated the B resort. It was really nice. Had a little gift shop, a really cute bar/restaurant. And the room was nice. It did seem a little rundown, but with staff shortages, and Covid this hotel was better then others we have stayed at. They were kind to move our room to one I was sure to feel safe in. Though it's a little ways, you could walk to Disney springs. We would deff stay here again

The Wyndham Celebration was nice.
The staff was friendly.
The website says there was 24/7 transportation to Disney parks which was determined to not be the case. We are familiar with Disney transport so we were able to navigate around it. However, we did not rent a car Bc we were mislead. Last night at 10:30 pm when returning from Epcot we went by the front desk to request more coffee for our room since there were no food locations open and no coffee available in the lobby. There was no attendant found at the front desk. Upon returning to our room, we called for customer support and they said they would bring coffee right up. No one ever showed up to our room. Very disappointing. My husband was able to find a coke machine. This was nice for a budget friendly stay for families. It was not crowded and it was very clean.

The place was clean and the staff was great. We enjoyed our stay and we were close to old town so we were able to walk there and enjoy the car shows and parks. The tub in our room had a crack that looked very dangerous and it should be replaced. The breakfast was ok, but could have been better. Overall it was a great stay, but I want to give a honest review.

Our resort stay was ok. We didn’t feel that there were enough busses to transport us to and from resort. The reason we chose a resort on property was for the convenience with our 3 and 5 year old grandchildren. I realize that it is hard to find workers right now so we understand.

I never stayed anywhere near Disney. Why am I getting this crap?

id give 10 stars if i could, Brian was a good guy he was very supportive and understanding of my blight... to be honest Brian was my first very positive experience at Disney and i hope who ever reading this gives that guy a raise he was nothing but reasonable and showed the true beautiful spirit of Disney ! ::)

Nice hotel the only thing was it was under renovation. They had a very nice breakfast and you had to show your dining tickets which I thought was a good idea. I would use this hotel again.

I thought the resort was a great price and very comfortable.
