We did have a nice time however there were some challenges due I’m sure to covid and staffing. There was no where close to the room to get food and no delivery so that got old fast. I got stuck on a bus for 45 minutes due to temp drivers not knowing the routes. A lot of shops and places were closed and no characters were around. It was still really fun but definitely deflected a bit from the overall experience

The Hotel has clearly improved from when I stayed there 2 years ago. New bathrooms and room furnishings are a welcome change. The funky smell was also gone. Pretty good right? Unfortunately some things had deteriorated.

After I paid for my room in full months previously, I was hit by a "resort fee" at check in. Not cool at all. If one pays for a hotel room then that should be it. No hidden charges or "fees".

What happened to the water and fruit at the check in desk? Gone from two years ago.

The free continental breakfast is also gone. Now if you wanted a breakfast you would have to pay $14.95. Yep, that's right, $14.95 for breakfast. No thank you. Best bring your own food, or go to Publix up the road.

I was here for a convention. Otherwise I wouldn't have stayed here.

The best experience

The resort is a very nice place. We like the ease of going to the parks, the food and the facilities in the rooms.

A lot of stuff was out of order and a lot of the staff didn't speak English.

Good place, clean, nice

Really enjoyed our time at Disney. The one thing that could be greatly improved is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Every bathroom we used was dirty.

No one would answer the front desk phone. Requested foam pillows and only had feather in the room (we are highly allergic). Took 5 tries and 2 hours to resolve. No front desk person after 9pm and not told where to get additional assistance if needed after 9pm. Was told via message in the app that I was getting a $50 hospitality credit which as of today still has not hit my credit card. Tried to call hotel during the daytime and it rang off the hook. Very frustrating experience and plan not to stay at this location again.

The stay was outstanding! We had a great time and it was an enjoyable vacation. The staff was outstanding, the service was great and the amenities were plentiful.

Great, clean, resort.

As always an excellent stay

Great place to stay: location, scenery, comfort, clean, fun, & relaxing.

Hermoso todo en el hotel 💚

We find that the food was below standard. In order to keep us satisfaid, we had to eat outdoors. Not a lot of choice, not very well cooked and many times the same items to choose from. disapointing...

Comfort Inn resort was perfect for us at that moment we had to work in Orlando
