Absolutely useless, do not buy
Absolutely useless, a child could have written a better interface. I have thousands of items listed and I cant do a simple search for example to find all my silver pendants. The search can only deal with "Silver" or "pendants" cant do both such as "silver pendants".
so effectively there is no way to filter your items other than by a one word search.
well advised to stay away, changing a price on bulk for items by say one manufacturer is literally impossible other than trawling through lines of items to find the ones you need an do them one at a time.
Also now I have discovered that you cant bulk change prices either because the useless interface only allows you to change a price up or down, it doesn't let you set a minimum and maximum price so as all my items are slightly differently priced I need to do them one at a time.
common guys this is elementary programming and fundamental basics needed to do the job

Pathetic repricer
The repricer has not been working for 3 months. Xsello support blames Amazon but xsello took money for annual subscription . The customer service of xsello promises a refund but it is only the promise. Xsello will efficiently collect money from you and then leave you with the problem. I don't recomend!
Stay Away!
What ever you do, do not subscribe to this software. I used their net margin repricing system, and it repriced all my prices incorrectly, causing me to sell 100s of orders at a complete loss. Customer service is a joke and they do not care. They still haven't fixed the issue and keep saying the developers are working on it. Paid almost £4K for their ultimate package for a year where you are suppose to have an account manager, they do not exist. What ever you do stay away from this software, I will never use Xsellco based software. I should have learned from using their edesk software how bad it is, and that I shouldn't have trusted the repricing software.
Absolutely awful software
Absolutely awful software. Bugs everywhere and customer service couldn't care less once they are receiving your subscription. Software is limited in so many areas and just randomly changes pricing with absolutely no valid reason. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
Bad Service... Will look elsewhere (but not Aura)
I agree with the previous post.
Their product is decent value (better than GoAura.com), but their service is just terrible. I expect better support and this is something I'm not getting here. For the price we pay, I would've expected better service. I think I'll try another service....
Good but very expensive and poor after-sales
They have good products but are incredibly expensive, and in my case the costs cannot justify the value of the products. The support team which you can communicate with via chat are pretty good, especially Maura, she always goes the extra mile.
My "Customer Success Manager" on the other hand is a living, breathing contradiction as he has done anything but to help me to succeed. He's made my life difficult from the get-go and clearly doesn't believe in the "the customer is always right" mantra.
