Great product, works awesome! Helped our Amazon sales take off!

We have been using Repricer as a repricing tool for many years. The software is satisfactory, even though price updates are slow because you have to purchase an additional package (EPM) to benefit from faster repricing. Repricer has a nasty habit of increasing its prices every year, which means that its cost is now completely unacceptable when compared to other tools that offer identical or superior features without the handicap of slow price updates. The price increases we have seen from Repricer are completely unjustified, as their tool has not undergone any major improvements in terms of functionalities for several years.

I'm really happy with Repricer.
Nice people, reliable, real professional team.
The Repricer software is the best I've tried.

Repricer is the best in the game. The thing that we like best is customer support. There is always someone available to help you no matter what. The support agents are always helpful and know the product inside out!

Me and my partner have been using repricing tools on and off over the last couple of years to keep the ball rolling on our prices on our Amazon channel.

Originally we had signed up for informed but then moved over to RepricerExpress to help manage our small inventory. They had some really helpful and knowledgeable staff and helped us swing into action and get everything up and running.

We have now been moved over to Repricer.com and at first it was a little bit daunting but now we are pleasantly surprised with all the new features we have access to. The people we have dealt with have been pleasent and know their stuff.

Like it a lot. You can get quick answer if you need. Even they setup a face to face meeting to explain how to use the program effectively.

As others already wrote Repricerexpress has migrated to repricer.com. They don't give us the chance to make a migration at our side, so we wasn't able to update our prices over weeks, because we had to update our self to re enable the price upload. Ridiculous for a business relevant software! Many useful features of repricerexpress are completely cancled! Our sales also dropped significant. It looks like, I copied the other reviews, but all is true and the same. The chat support system don't work. We are paying 1,000's of EUR each year and we now got this piece of software, which isn't special in any kind anymore. You also could use Amazon automated pricing. This would be at least for free. We are looking at other solutions soon. We have been using repricerexpress for many years and it worked more or less, but far better, than this. And on top of all, the price exploded. I can't find any further word's for this accident of a software. I just can recommend: Don't use it! That's all.

Repricerexpress has now migrated to repricer.com which is part of edesk. The complicated interface is hugely frustrating. Many useful features of repricerexpress are completely missing. Our sales have dropped by 50% as a result. The chat support does not work for us and we have complained on multiple occasions over the past 4 months with nothing being done. Phone support could not care less. We are paying £100's month for a poor subsitute for the previous software. We are looking at other solutions and my advice would be to do the same. Such a shame since we have been using repricerexpress for many years with no issues.
