Ive used repricer before and come back nothing seems to work the same.

We have been using Repricer as a repricing tool for many years. The software is satisfactory, even though price updates are slow because you have to purchase an additional package (EPM) to benefit from faster repricing. Repricer has a nasty habit of increasing its prices every year, which means that its cost is now completely unacceptable when compared to other tools that offer identical or superior features without the handicap of slow price updates. The price increases we have seen from Repricer are completely unjustified, as their tool has not undergone any major improvements in terms of functionalities for several years.

Customer support is great. Aine was very particularly helpful in taking us through the different settings of the repricing rules

Great support from Tara. I reported what I thought was an "issue" which Tara patiently looked into for me. After some investigation it was found to be a user issue - basically my lack of understanding! Tara explained the issue which will now result in an increase in profits for us! Very happy.

...but if you sell in our segment, please use any other inferior product or Seller Central's automation. Carlos today and every other representative that I have encountered have been exceptional in their knowledge, experience and willingness to help.

I have been using Repricer for a long while. I think it's great both for beginner who just wants to use basic features and for the super professional who wants to use all the advanced features to tweak their repricing strategies. Plus, an effective support team that it's there to help.

I was having problems with repricer giving me many unconfigured products that I would later have to go in and manually fix so I messaged their help support team today. Aine messaged me back very promptly and was extremely helpful and responsive. Aine helped me fix my problem. I will definately be messaging them again with any future problems. They were very very helpful!

While having its occasional glitch, Repricer is better than any other repricer we've tried before. It's still missing some features we'd like (like logically repricing an FBA item against an FBM item priced below your minimum), but every other repricer has been missing these features as well.
And when it does have that occasional glitch, their customer support is actually able to quickly solve it without too much of a hassle.

Awesome product. This is the way to go as far as repricers.
