The ideal property managers are Rental Results. My unit was rented within a week of being listed, and for a price much exceeding my expectations. I would strongly suggest them to anyone wishing to put their rental property in good hands.

Rental Results are the perfect property managers. They are super prompt in dealing with any issues that arise. Communication is always professional and you always know of any problems with your tenants and how they are addressing these. Repairs and maintenance are dealt with immediately. I cannot praise the Rental Results team enough and highly recommended them for anyone looking to place their rental property in excellent hands.

Rental Results team have managed my apartment since January 2017.The team thorough at alerting me to any developments that arise, particularly maintenance issues or if there is anything damaged. inspections are thorough which is useful as i live in Victoria. Buying in QLD was a concern, Rental Results have made the the decision so trouble free.

The team at Rental Results made it easy
Unfortunately my tenant gave notice to break their lease. The team at Rental Results had advertising, walk throughs, references and a great new tenant signed up in what felt like only a week or so. Granted it is a strong rental market right now but the team jumped straight onto it for me and it was all sorted in no time.

Rental Results are always onto it - one step ahead - and great with the owners as we are busy so they keep up with informing us and giving us a nudge if we need it to keep the process moving. We could not recommend Rental Results highly enough as Property Managers to keep your renat property well maintained and always tenanted
