This company is clearly putting on fake reviews. I rented from them and have left a review on Google as well as many others with a one-star rating. Somehow they keep finding bots friends and family members to write reviews for them and keep maintaining close to a five-star rating. But if you read all of their one-star reviews, the real reviews, you'll see their scum and you should never rent from these people or buy anything from them.

We had a great experience with Ben throughout the application process. He was very friendly, professional and responsive, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Really appreciate all his help. Thank you, Ben!

Seann Rowland has been managing my Port Melbourne property for nearly 18 months. Nothing is ever too hard for Seann and Longview and after twenty years of renting this property and I highly recommend their property management services over previous companies I have dealt with.

Extremely professional with fast responses to any enquiry. Issues are dealt with proactively, which makes the whole property management process stress-free. Highly recommended.

Mark Hutchinson has been looking after a few of my properties for a few years and has been outstanding. He is very approachable, communicates well and deals very professionally with difficult tenants. He also has a good awareness of rental market and the tradies required for different kinds of problems. I would highly recommend Mark.

Natalie is a great property manager - very helpful and quick to respond to emails. She takes care of our tenant's concerns promptly and makes sure everything is handled smoothly. She also keeps the landlord's interests in mind while maintaining professionalism. Very satisfied with her service!

I have been renting from Longview for several years and have had nothing but positive experiences with Ali Forbes who is my point of contact. Communication has always been prompt and clear, and I have no hesitation recommending their services.

As long as I have known Lisa Butcher she has always provided exceptional service in her field, super friendly and knowledgeable, she is amazing at what she does.

This agent provided very doggy, rude and unprofessional service. After I had withdrawn my authorisation to rent my property via this agent, they refused to return my house keys and keep the online advertisement to stop my house renting out from another agent. They took more than 70 days and coundn't find a tenant, the only way they did just ask me to drop the rental price, when they asked me to drop the price below the market price, I requested to cancel my authorisation to rent my property via this agent.

Excellent service, fast & effective response!

The worest experience I had in my life with a real estate agent. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment with them for 3 years and leaving the property was an absolute nightmare.
The unprofessional realestate agent Zhani Dugdell made everything in her power to manipulate us and take over our bond.
We have paid more than $600 for bond clean, $622 for painting walls, $680 letting fee and 2 weeks of rent($1250) after exiting the apartment until the new tenants arrive and yet she was determined to punish us and renovate the apartment on our own expense. She is holding $1600 of our bond claiming that cleaning was not enough even though I reviewed cleaning myself thoroughly.

She organised a $250 acid cleaning for all floors even though we have previously shared that these floors were not clean in our entry report with pictures and the agent Daphne advised that they will organise acid cleaning for us but they never did.

She refused to share invoices with us. She lied to the RTA representative about sharing water invoice with us which she never did.

We have filed a tribunal case against them which will be heard in the next few weeks.

Great service. Kept us updated at all times.

Longview is prompt, very helpful and easy to deal with.

Very proactive, easily contactable. They’ve looked after our rental for years and we have found them head and shoulders above the competition.

Most efficient and trustworthy rental agency I know! Great communication and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Daphne and Connie.

Great service, and great people.
