This is related to complaint with the technician who fixed the water system in our house, please see details as below,
We have been using our kitchen tap since we entered the new house (for 1 month), and my wife just used the tap before your technician arrived. During the process of fixing the water system, the technician broke the tap.
My wife was minding our son in the sitting area when she heard a loud sound from the kitchen. She immediately went to the kitchen and asked to technician if everything was okay. He replied that everything was fine and there was no problem. Technician then went outside to his van, brought something back, and attempted to fix the tap with glue. He informed us not to touch the tap for 1 hour and said that it was already broken, and he tried to fix it himself.
After waiting, we tried to turn on the tap, but water did not come out, and the knob was completely broken. I called one of the person from team, who told me that they do not touch any kitchen taps while fixing the water system. If the tap was already broken, technician should not have touched it without asking my wife.
Technician's actions led to the tap being completely broken, and he is not being truthful about the situation. We request that you replace or repair the tap or reimburse us for the cost of a new tap.
but no one is supporting for to address this.

You can come to our home I will show you the condition of the tap it is hited with something while fitting new tap near to our tap. You can see the scratces on the tap. It was not like that before your technician starts the work.
And I have mentioned already my wife heard the sound like hited something. That means we never trust you people while you are doing any work at our home. We have to keep on eye what you are doing. And that is not good.
My wife was busy with minding the son in the sitting area. That is our fault to trust you.

Based on my experience I can recommend this company. I'm not giving 5 stars because there was some issue with installation and first interaction with customer service about this was a bit misleading. However when I complained, the customer service was very professional and they compensated everything. Overall, I am happy with them and I would use their service again and I can recommend to others.

The person who came to fit the system was great and worked out a way to fit the tap without cutting in to my kitchen counter top.

Heard about the system from a group I am involved in Been looking for a good trustworthy filter system for a while done some research and was impressed with what I saw about the Arkk system
It was installed last Wed's and already the whole family are raving about the quality of the drinking water No more expensive bottled water

Communication and customer service was excellent. The maintenance guy was extremely nice and informative. My only negative is that the box under the sink is a bit louder than what I had expected, this is only when in use and other infrequent intermittent times. With that in mind I would most definitely recommend them. Our water is perfect and has provided us with peace of mind when drinking, that's worth any money.
