Can't get your service agent Steve Cornwall to call out to service a system we bought from him a few years ago. We have a faulty water tap that is making noices all the time. Can somebody help please.

Had no issues with watersofter install and drinking water tap. Engineer explained the installation process before starting, and was very efficient in his work, and tidied up when completed.

Since installation, we order our salt blocks directly from them, delivery is free when ordering a quantity of salt blocks.
Definitely would recommend.

We ordered replacement cartridges in June but when Adam arrived he could see that they did not need replacing so left with us until needed. Ran out Sunday so contacted him and he came the next day and fitted them

Tristan and his team were excellent.
Their online booking system let us know when his staff member would be arriving, and we were kept up to date.
The undersink filter he installed has transformed our drinking water, and we can't thank him enough for the quality of our water.
I highly recommend more people consult with Tristan to establish what Aquasoft could do for their water supply and health.

My 10 year old minimax M2 was due for its yearly service Adam arrived and found a problem.
I decided to purchase a minimax3.
Tristan fitted it and was here much longer than he had anticipated.
He discovered a leak in stop tap in the road
S E Water had to be informed.
My house stop tap is in a small kitchen cupboard and awkwardly placed. Tristan advised and fitted a surestop which turns off main water at a flick of a switch, such a good suggestion from him.
Tristan was informative helpful and very pleasant,
I am extremely pleased with his work.

Aquasoft recently carried out the 3-year service to my Kinetico Premier Compact water softener. It was installed by them in 2018 and has been trouble-free and providing lovely, softened water since then. After giving us a heads-up on his arrival time, Steve, their service engineer arrived at 2.30 and was still with us at 5.30 having done a very thorough job, the softener having been dismantled into many parts. Unfortunately, he discovered that the overflow pipework had been installed incorrectly and as it was a two-man job to replace it, he allowed me to assist him. We kept him topped up with coffee as he continued to complete his task. He left his work area nice and clean and the softener working perfectly. Aquasoft are very good at keeping me updated with general information and service reminders and provide a very friendly and competent service.

I needed my softener to be cleaned and serviced. Firstly the booking via telephone was friendly and Aquasoft did their best to accommodate a date and time convenient for me. My system isn’t easy to access but Stephen from Aquasoft arrived on time and proceeded to carry out a very efficient service and even managed to spot and fix a small leak in the system. He went the extra mile when others might have done the minimum required. It was all done with no fuss and at a reasonable cost. I will use Aquasoft again. Buy with confidence.

Excellent from start to finish. I got a lot of quotes for water softeners which meant a lot of random people coming into my house giving me advice on the world of soft water. Tristan from Aquasoft stood out from the rest - he knew his stuff but wasn’t pushy. He didn’t push one product but instead gave a great overview of all the options suitable to me. The fitting and product pricing was clearly laid out and this avoided the confusion which was generated from other suppliers. After the visit he was contactable via text and whilst I’m sure I was very annoying with my messaging, Tristan responded quickly and helpfully. The fitter at Aquasoft was excellent. A really nice and helpful chap who not only fitted my softer neatly into a brand new kitchen without damaging anything, but also fixed some issues I wasn’t aware of from our new kitchen plumbing !
Overall a fantastic experience - I look forward to getting services and salt from this company for many years.

Christina and Tristan are probably the nicest and most helpful people I know in the business world.
Nothing is too much trouble for them. Christina answers enquiries very promptly with courtesy and humour and Tristan is so helpful - I store our salt blocks in the shed and he stacks them all up for me rather than leave everything at the front door for me to take through myself.
Customer service is excellent. Customer for life here I reckon
Honestly, if you're looking for a water softener company in the Canterbury area or indeed the salt blocks to go with it just go to them.

Tristan and his team are a credit to the world of water softeners and Qettle taps! Tristan has a wealth of knowledge and experience which helped in choosing the right system. The difference the new system has made is incredible and the Qettle tap is a revelation! The water is amazing now and it gives us great peace of mind knowing our new appliances, and central heating system are protected from limescale. The filtered water tap is a real treat and the instant boiling water means making a cuppa is a pleasure!

I've dealt solely with Aquasoft for a number of years now. There has never been any problems whatsoever with salt delivery, drinking water filter replacement or even a machine service which really didn't need doing but I had carried out anyway.

Clean and tidy couldn't fault them
