It was only 1 water softener service and 5 bag salt.
It was a terrible service technician came and as per him job done in 2min what actually service is that , no water test done, no cleansing of softer or checking done ,no salt even filled in tank just looked at the machine and set for a rinse 
And deliver 5 bag salt , you guys are scam ripping of people €260 for above action

I arranged an under the counter kitchen filter a couple of years back for my elderly parents. It gave nothing but trouble from day 1. Culligans contacted me about a yearly service recently which was set up for 18th June. They then cancelled the day before or the morning of the appointment on my now widowed mother after she had cancelled her plans for that day. I then called after the 18th June to ask for the equipment to be removed as it has been nothing but trouble and that we did not expect to be charged for the removal. The engineer rocked up yesterday, removed the device and charged my elderly mother €150 for the 'service'. I also asked for a call back from management a couple of weeks back which never happened. Nothing wrong with the on site engineers but extremely poor office management and middle management who like to take advantage of elderly customers. From the wait time on their customer complaints line to the reviews below, it appears I am not alone in my views of this highly inept, disorganised and highly untrained business.

Waiting over 2 and half weeks for water for office. Told they are out of stock and don't have enough staff. Not good planning for summer weather.

We just had one of your service engineers (Karl) in to collect a water cooler unit and he was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. He is a credit to Cuilligan water.

Initially got Culligan to install an RO system and Water softener, no issues worked well and was happy with the install.. come time for a service, I've now had it canceled on me and I'm now waiting over a month to get the filters changed on the RO system.
The initial appointment the technician turned up and said he didn't have the filters for our RO system in his van, surely this should be checked before turning up to a customer?
I've range multiple times and been told they are sourcing the filters and will get back to me and I've had to ring back to get this resolved.
It would be less hassle and quicker to just install and look after the systems on your own..

John was very friendly and helpful as always when delivering our water. He always checks we have enough before leaving.
