Excellent product. Looks amazing. Customer service was great to deal with.

Absolutely stunning! I bought the 5-carat earrings, and I’m beyond impressed! I have a real 9-carat diamond ring, and honestly, you can barely tell the difference. When I touch my hair and my ring is next to the earrings, they look almost identical! The sparkle is incredible, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

There was an issue with my original order but RJ quickly helped remediation. I had a very specific diamond color in mind and while the color is harder to find, there were 4 or 5 diamonds that fit my criteria. I was extremely pleased to find that. Also compared their prices to others and found them to be more reasonable than most. The final outcome is beautiful and I would buy from them again.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Renaissance Jewel. The customer service has been exceptional, and the pricing is phenomenal. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values its customers while o

First time ordering a custom made ring. Renaissance made the process very easy. I was kept informed throughout and received it timely. It is even more beautiful in person. I received both an appraisal as well as certification. Great experience overall.

Was an outstanding experience. Ring was so special for my wife on our ten year anniversary. Can’t recommend this company enough!

I’ve ordered diamond studs twice. Both are beautiful. The last order shipment was slow but when I inquired I received an immediate response from a live person explaining the quality needed improving. The appraisal documentation makes insuring them effortless. Love them!!

I had been building rings for weeks. But they truly had the most pretty lab diamonds and rose gold rings. The site was easy to navigate, and it was just a really positive experience! Thank you Renaissance Jewel!

This company is very transparent with their process. Once they complete your ring, they ship it out and the shipping is very fast ! I’m very impressed with the quality of the ring, the ring box, and the certificate it came with. I definitely recommend Renaissance Jewel if you’re looking to order your ring, or even if you’re a local !

The sales girl Melina was very helpful and sat with us and explained everything. She was great

Buying an engagement ring is one of those purchases where you really want to feel like you got everything right, and I can confidently say I did.

The ring I chose for Heidi is absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail is outstanding, the stone has incredible brilliance, and the entire ring has an elegant, timeless look that immediately stood out to me. Even after seeing plenty of pictures beforehand, I wasn’t prepared for how impressive it would look in person.

But the part that matters most to me is how much Heidi loves it. Watching her admire it, seeing how beautifully it looks on her hand, and knowing that it represents our future together makes me appreciate the ring even more.

I’m extremely particular when I’m buying something this meaningful, and my expectations were high. The finished ring surpassed them. The quality is exceptional, it looks phenomenal, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with what I chose for the woman I’m going to marry.

Absolutely worth five stars.

Amazing customer service. Ring came out awesome. Shipping was great and boxed up nicely. Would do business with Renaissance jewel again.

I highly recommend! My fiancée and I sat with Melina. She’s well mannered, extremely helpful and patient …she worked with us to get exactly what I wanted. She made sure I got something even better. Lol. The process was very easy to order since I got something that wasn’t available in the showroom. Again I highly recommend!

Never bought from Renaissance previously. I had an item in mind and selected the options but before completing the order did a chat. The rep was great in helping walk through options, savings, and delivery. I updated the order to the advice and received the earrings on time. The diamonds were very clear and had a lot of sparkle. Not disappointed! And my wife loved them. 18k gold with sensitive ears no problems. I even went back and bought a set of emerald earrings in silver with the extra budget. Very good price. The emeralds had more clarity and sparkle than I had expected so not as deep green as I thought looking straight on, but a rich color from all other angles. Great second gift for the price!

Large selection of jewelry, fast service for custom made earrings, with periodic updates on the design and production process.
Received my earrings and they are amazing for a great value.

Really great experience! The service was fast, professional, and very personal. The salesperson DANIEL reached out to make sure everything with my sister’s earrings was correct and even helped me change the delivery address at the last minute. He kept me updated and explained that the process took a little longer because they were carefully selecting the diamonds and making sure the sizing and every detail were right. I really appreciated the communication and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend!

Company did a great job did as they promised and got my deliver on time like I asked

The choice with selecting the setting & diamond is what I loved most about the online buying experience of shopping with Renaissance Jewel. The affordable pricing was awesome!!

My wife loves her custom ring. The regular updates and prompt delivery was above and beyond.

I absolutely loved my earrings from Renaissance Jewel! I wore them on my wedding day and they were the perfect finishing touch. They were beautiful, sparkly, and even more special knowing I’ll have them to remember my wedding day by. Highly recommend! 🤍
