I loved my experience with Renaissance Jewel! I really liked how they kept me informed throughout the entire process and how they sent pictures of the completed earrings and their weight. I ordered a pair of pink sapphire earrings for my girlfriend and she adores how vibrant they are and how much they sparkle, she hasn't taken them off since and she normally can only where earrings for a few days before they start hurting by she said they're very comfortable and she has yet to have any soreness at all. Would definitely order again!

I also liked the value, it was much cheaper than other jewelers and the quality was still really good.

This company was great! I had the best experience ordering my earrings through them.
The jewelry is absolutely beautiful, the shipping was quick and the customer service was great. I’ll absolutely be ordering through them for my other jewelry from here on out!

I have received good product. It took longer than it estimated. Good point is I can check process from website.

The ring was beautiful, the wife was so happy! It was delivered quickly as promised. The price for this ring was really outstanding. After pricing other companies this was by far the best quality and deal.

My wife loved her anniversary gift!! Will definitely recommend renaissance jewels for future purchases!!

Wonderful experience and beautiful quality..I ordered two rings and two pairs of earrings

Ordered a beautiful pair of diamond earrings for my girlfriend. She absolutely loves them!

Having Renaissance design and crafting these sapphire earrings was a great experience. They communicated with me each step as the stones were chosen, set, polished, packaged and sent. The earrings are beautiful, vibrant and rich in color. Very happy with the earrings and the buying process!

I never expected it to be so easy and affordable to buy quality jewelry. Buying a ring for my adult daughter the selection was so large it offered options I never thought of. Pear shaped emerald instead of square, round or oval the design of the gold encasing it was unique. The service was exceptional as well. After placing my order, not sure I chose the right size of stone, I called the following day and was told not to worry. If I decide it should have been larger I can exchange it for full value to a larger size. When we received the ring we were thrilled. But unfortunately, basing the size on the wrong one in her jewelry box, I ordered the wrong size. It was too large. I called them and they said. No problem. They will resize it. Excellent service.

I had an incredible experience at Renaissance Jewel thanks to Melina! I came in looking for a pair of diamond earrings and Melina was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to show me several styles, explained differences in stones and helped me to find the perfect pair without ever making me rushed or pressured. If you visit Renaissance Jewel, definitely ask for Melina!

We are extremely pleased. We received our earrings quickly and they look great. The wife is extremely happy thank you.

Had a rare issue with an unfortunate break in a ring that was purchased. I was able to reach out to customer service (Shawn), and got help immediately! The process was easy and no silly hoops to jump thru. I now have my repair process going in less than 10 minute, and the wife is now happy!
