Very easy ordering process at a very affordable price! Wife loves it! Would repeat, top notch!

Beautiful stone! Beautiful ring! I wish I would have known about this company before. The quality is fantastic.

The customer service was excellent! The pendant is beautiful and I appreciate the diamond bond that came with it. It shines brilliantly😉

Excellent quality, arrived as described. Would order again!

I recently purchased an engagement ring with this company. Highly recommend. She loved it!

This website made ordering an engagement ring a breeze! With a veryfast delivery!! They have many great good priced rings that on other sites cost way more! My fiancé loved the ring! She can’t stop looking at it 😂

The earrings delivered so quickly and came in perfect condition!

I ordered earrings and they came in within 2 weeks. I believe they made them from scratch. I can only wear platinum earrings. These earrings look like the thousands of dollars Tiffany earrings. I’m obsessed with these. They are sparkly and beautiful and I wear them every day! I am so happy. No complaints. Beautiful beautiful earrings at a great price.

Amazing fast shipping and will buy from again great prices on everything would trust them 10000 percent of the time! Over and over again!

The jewelry is beautiful. Although the delivery took longer than I thought, they were good about staying in touch and responding when I communicated with them. Overall, I would recommend them.

Obsessed with my engagement ring. It’s beautiful and arrived sooner than I expected.

I purchased a 5-stone round diamond channel set band from Renaissance Jewel. They were easy to order from, I could track the stages of the build process, and the band was completed during the advertised timeframe. It is beautiful and my bride loves it. I recommend that anyone looking for an online jeweler to check out Renaissance Jewel.

Renaissance jewels was so easy to work with for my semi custom necklace. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. I love my necklace! Don’t hesitate to order!

My earrings are beautiful. Very pleased with my purchase. Thank you!

My first experience with buying jewelry since I got married 23 years ago great prices and awesome selections

I had a picture of a ring I wanted, and the salesperson found an almost identical ring. She was very helpful in helping me place the order, and the price was excellent. I am very happy with Renaissance Jewel.

I was scrolling and accidentally ordered a pair of earrings since my card was linked to shop account. I called right away to cancel order and they assured me since it was a Saturday that they would process cancellation on Monday. Monday came which was MORE than a month ago and they “processed” a refund and that I should have received a refund in 7-10 business days. It has now been 25 BUSINESS DAYS, and no refund to be found. This company is a scam and I WILL NEVER ever order from here. They just steal your money. STAY AWAY AND BEWARE. I will escalate this as much as possible.

Updated review.

This is 100% valid review. I have order number and all details. Please do not disregard this as this is an accurate review and correct store. Now I received and email today saying they processed a refund. Yet it will take up to another 10days. When I have one saying the same from 09/08/2026 from “sim” customer care. Obviously, Sim did not such processing of a refund. I need this expedited. This has been such a terrible experience

Beautiful ring! Took a bit to get it but worth the wait. The sapphire is a deep, but not black, royal blue. And the diamonds are Lovely!
