Lol. The process was very easy to order since I got something that wasn’t available in the showroom. Again I highly recommend!

Never bought from Renaissance previously. I had an item in mind and selected the options but before completing the order did a chat. The rep was great in helping walk through options, savings, and delivery. I updated the order to the advice and received the earrings on time. The diamonds were very clear and had a lot of sparkle. Not disappointed! And my wife loved them. 18k gold with sensitive ears no problems. I even went back and bought a set of emerald earrings in silver with the extra budget. Very good price. The emeralds had more clarity and sparkle than I had expected so not as deep green as I thought looking straight on, but a rich color from all other angles. Great second gift for the price!

Really great experience! The service was fast, professional, and very personal. The salesperson DANIEL reached out to make sure everything with my sister’s earrings was correct and even helped me change the delivery address at the last minute. He kept me updated and explained that the process took a little longer because they were carefully selecting the diamonds and making sure the sizing and every detail were right. I really appreciated the communication and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a custom engagement ring online, and I was amazed with how beautiful it is. One down side is that the ring came crooked and the diamond was loose. It also go
"lost in the mail" I was really worried but it ended up making it. I sent it back got repaired and I'm so excited to pop the question. Also can't beat the price because I'm doing payments with shop.
