I working as a technician/ Vendor for this company and they just want to use you to help them tell their customers their claim is denied and then when they do have to do the work they want the technician to pay for it to be paid months later and they don't pay I have lost lots of money working for this company I don't know how they are still in business

Stay away from this warranty company, both residents and contractors. As a contractor that has worked for Rely, I would highly recommend staying far away from Choice Home Warranty. They have not paid for several of the repair work we've completed. If you live outside of the city, know that they will not pay the contractor drive time so good luck finding anyone to come service your equipment. They often called requesting service for jobs that would be 8-10 hours of drive time round trip, and would offer $100. They also do not replace with like equipment. They will only offer "builder grade" replacement. They have put our funds on hold for 365 days. I refuse to work for a company with such low morals and values.

I have been working for this company since March of 2024. They are the biggest POS. They do not pay on time and are always reassigning calls so they can take your money from your account. I called last week because I saw they had put my last check on hold. The person who answered my call told me that they had deactivated my account and that I would have to wait 365 days for that check. One whole year for payment. It's okay because I kept every customer contact's information. I'm getting ready to open a home warranty business, undercutting them on prices and doing the service ourselves. This warranty company is fraudulent and scams both the customers and the plumbing companies that work along with them. Our company quoted a plumbing repair of a flapper, valve and repair for the cost of $645. The quote was submitted with the proper cost. Th Rely Homes authorized the repair at $645. The repair was completed efficiently. When the invoice for the repair was submitted and processed the Rely Homes company refused to honor the authorization amount and only paid $50 in the invoice. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THIS ISSUE WILL BE SUBMITTED AS A GRIEVANCE TO THE TRADE COMMISSION IMMEDIATELY.

We servce and sale central Vacuum systems, We have taken several service orders from RelyHome warranty and tralval 100s of miles but have never gotten paid for any of it. We had to block thier number.

I AM A HVAC CONTRACTOR FOR THESE CROOKS FOR THE PAST 2 MTHS & DONE WORK FOR THEM. THEY REDUCE PAYMENT OWED TO ME OR JUST DELETED INVOICES OR EXTENED THEY SENT ME A 85 CHECK THAT WAS SUSPOSED TO BE 849.00. THEY SAID I HAD TO EMAIL ACCOUNTING, THEN THEY SAY THEY NEED MORE INFO I SENT THEY KEEP ASKING FOR MORE INFO. I WOULD LOVE TO FIND THESE CROOKS. BEWARE OF THESE LOW LIFES OR ANY HOME WARRENTY WORK!!

This company has horrible communication and response. And the business model is set up to find every reason not to pay what is owed. You wait 2 months for a payment of it is approved. If you are a smaller business and barely making ends. Don't use Rely. But seemingly that is who they look to capitalize on. Because any successful big business won't work with them.

These guys are the worst. We are a contractor for them and they took an approved and agreed upon invoice for $1,200 plus, and knocked it down to $388. Not agreed upon. They have been the hardest company to get a hold of, and what they are doing is bad business.

Don't work for this company. You will get nothing but a runaround trying to get paid.

Big gimmick. Scams service providers to trick them into servicing their “warranty” customers. You will never be paid for your service or parts you apply to their rarely approved warranty customers. Randomly contacted my company and handed tons of dumpster fires from months prior. Difficult process to get a credit card approval. Followed the difficult steps and it’s all bogus. No actual payment ever received. Nonesense. And to top it off they want me to represent their garbage collection— nope. Lawsuit coming their way. Stay away at all costs

Don't work for this scam company! They don't pay their vendors

DO NOT EVER give this company your phone number. They will never leave you alone. I have asked 3 times to be placed on the do not call list, amongst other request to the 10-15 people a day from all over the world who work for them and continue to phone into our business, and it just wont stop. It is the biggest nightmare we have ever experienced. Do not let these people have your phone number.
