Reid Cycles Anmeldelser

Bike turned up with bent rear gard. Sent photos to email with reply to look into it with no resolution.

Just bought 2 bikes from Reid Cycles. So happy with the bikes and the customer service team.
Highly recommend.

Tell lies on how a bike can be used don't honour there warranty. out right bunch of wingnuts

Does not communicate ,that items paid for by express post in Perth is coming from Vic.
Extremely melancholy response from management when queried.😡

Bought online as a gift, easy to assemble and great bike! Would consider a Reid bike purchase again

Love my bike! Reasonably priced but great quality :)

No trouble. Shipping was fast. Person in store was helpful to me selecting a frame size in spite of me wanting to buy it online

Great business to deal with! Excellent communication. Super fast delivery. Awesome quality products. Recommended to others.

Excellent service. Also great support on the phone when trying to get the bike put together!

Our daughter loves it. Best birthday present ever. Just wish the kids basket was bit bigger

Great experience we had a mix up with an axle when the bike turned up but the Reid team got it sortd without any issues.

Great Service. Would definitely buy from here again. Got my bike online it was delivered in great time. Setting it up was made easier with the range of how to videos and when I had difficulty they got back to me quickly.

I bought a Reid E4 Plus Electric Scooter - it's a fantastic scooter. Top marks for the item and the purchasing/delivery experience.

I had a wheel alignment and puncture issue during lockdown - I'd tried (and failed) to sort myself and the guys were efficient and friendly.

Great service and care provided during sale and afterwards

i just got my bike/tract 3 my wheels where buckled badly to the point i cant ride it the forks weren't put together properly. like co mon i put the forks together but there was no point bc the wheels were bent to the point where the disc brakes were rubbing i mean for a $800 bike i expect better like a bike with straight wheels. ive had to wait an extra week for a spoke tool to come in before i could get to work and back

I would like to thank Jasper for taking care of me as soon as I arrived in the shop, working on my bike straight away and the tips he provided when I left. I would highly recommend Reid Cycles.

Bike quality and design is poor. Customer service at store wasn’t very good either. The first gear on the bike I got is way too heavy, for example there is no gear low enough for peddling lightly up hill, it is very difficult. Also the gear range is practically useful. You can stay in first and second gear all the time, difficult going up hills and don’t need to other gears when going faster. Maybe the gear sizes need to be revised.

I called in unexpectedly with a minor request. I paid for the new part, and the work was done at no cost. Good attitude all round.
