Thank you for your feedback. We do have a long lead time for custom colour masks. They are made by hand and sadly we aren't able to manufacture them any quicker. We do make sure this is listed on the product page but I'm sorry you've been disappointed.

I'm sorry your experience with us was only 1 star. Unfortunately, we charge orders in British Pounds as we're based in the UK. Paypal currency conversion rate is set by them or your card issuers and we have no control over this. They should display this rate fully during checkout but I'm sorry it was a surprise in this instance. I do hope you'll consider us again.

Brilliant in store and online service
I recently purchased the RED sling, and was simply impressed by the friendly and professional service I received in store and online. I was able to collect my item straight away from store as I needed if for the weekend. The manager Russel had brilliant banter as well as a polite and professional manner. Thank you Machik from online helping me out and getting back to be so promoptly. I am. It the type to leave reviews however this time I had to. Simply great thank you
