Went to the Witham branch and met Andrew who was very helpful without being pushy z.
He asked us what we were looking for and really let us choose what we wanted, he answered all of our questions easily and we got what we wanted, rather than what a Salesman told us we needed.
It was a good experience and Andrew was a real help pointing out the features of what furniture we looked at.
Would highly recommend Regatta.

Just spectacular!!! Popped in to the Ipswich branch this morning without much of an idea what I wanted other than size restrictions and wanting it today.. as wondering through the showroom I was politely met by a exceptionally helpful lady who soon bought me up to speed on what’s what.. apart from smelling spectacular 😂she was brilliant 👏🏼.. made the purchase and the gentleman there was loading the car up without hesitation.. great product, sensual service and a thoroughly enjoyable experience… 10/10 and so so pleased 👍🏼👍🏼thanks Ipswich.. perfect sale.

Needed replacement curtains & nets for 2.5x 2.5 gazebo My usual garden center that sold it to me could not help . I found Regatta excellent fast service and very helpful would highly recommend

I bought a garden set in 2017 just recently one of the chairs broke, on contacting regatta they agreed to replace the chair free of charge and promptly delivered it 10 days later
Not many companies can boast of this

We visited the Ipswich showroom (Interchange Retail Park) this weekend.
The team were so helpful & professional, all displaying excellent customer service skills.
The savings deals they have on at the moment made a big difference to the total price.
After coming home and doing some measuring, we went back on Sunday and put our order in.
Due for delivery this Tuesday which is great as hate having to wait months!

Rang their customer service to ask for a replacement part after storm damage . The customer service I received was excellent and replacement part sent to a store near me for collection . Thank you .

Up front you should know I have not purchased but did through my post receive a flier from your company. Straight away I went to bin it, for the following reason, any mail that lands cold and deliberately does not give any indication of the price of the items shown makes me wary. If you go to the expense of delivering a printed brochure surley prices indicative of the goods should be made in said advertising.
However on logging onto your website I can see why you do not price on advertising, it would take a massive bank loan to meet your pricing structure, we do have the same units as you are selling (Boston high back set) but paid lower than half price for ours with full guarantees from a national garden centre. Made in China basically the same quality just a big price hike, even with the sale discount (how do you sell this for nearly £7000) I am amazed.

Our furniture arrived it looks amazing strong and sturdy
However I have a quibble with the seat pads
They’re not waterproof as you’d expect from outdoor seating every time it rains (and this is England)! The seats are soaked through and unable to sit on
I’ve read the guide which says about taking them in if it rains but our set has 24 pads and cushions I have nowhere to put that amount of items and if we are at work when it rains who has the time to guess the weather each day and the time before work to put wet cushions in the house or cover the set up every day or night

Over some 20 years we have bought numerous items from Regatta and the quality has been outstanding. Many pieces lasting up to 15 years or more. Great choice at exceptional value. Latest Madrid corner sofa, table and benches looks amazing and is so comfortable. Liz (sales executive at Witham showroom) helped us choose with no pressure whatsoever. Highly recommend you check them out first before buying any garden furniture.

We bought the New Hampshire corner set for the patio and have been delighted with it! The quality is fantastic and the cushions are much thicker (and more comfortable) than other sets we looked at. Regatta were extremely reliable and helpful with delivery and the set is both hard wearing and gets a lot of compliments from my friends!

We bought the Henley dining set from Regatta and we are really happy with it. The quality is great and we ended up buying the matching sofa set to match too! The delivery and service were really good and overall we were very happy with the whole service provided and would definitely recommend.

Really happy with my Malmo set. Good quality and excellent price. Lovely staff so helpful can’t wait for the sunshine to use it!

They kept me updated with the delivery date and time

Fantastic company and service!
We bought our garden furniture from Regatta approx. a year ago, had a little problem with parasol but regatta was able to rectify this with no issues at all. Would highly recommend this company as their after sales service is excellent - very well done

After visiting multiple garden furniture outlets and showrooms we were just about ready to give up our search,
That is until we found Regatta, we went to the show room at Witham and were kindly welcomed as soon as we entered. The staff were so friendly and gave us enough time and space to make a decision on our garden furniture set.
When we did need some questions answered they all seemed so happy to help and nothing was too much to ask.
Would definitely recommend them !

It’s taken me a couple of days to find the right words but I believe this to be something people should be aware of!
We Visited the Enfield showroom Sunday just gone to browse as summer is coming and potentially was looking to buy furniture …. How wrong could I be! As soon as we entered the shop it was apparent we had come on the wrong day, an older blonde lady sitting on the furniture in plain view of customers being very loud and obnoxious towards staff and other customers, I assumed she was maybe a local drunk but no it turned out she was staff! Quite openly telling people her life story along with how hungover she was and had in fact been vomiting in work hours. She smelt so terribly of alcohol it was quite off putting and her leopard print top which matched her skin tone I can only assume wasn’t work uniform . I’m all for a drink but found this so unprofessional and inappropriate as there’s a time and a place to behave in such ways and that isn’t in a work place!
There was another lady present she had bright hair and it suited her personality for sure, she was really helpful and answered any questions we had with a smile, very knowledgeable of products and really tried her best to give us the attention we was after managing to have a laugh and also keep her professionalism, but it was made so difficult when she’s being shouted at across the shop from this member of staff. I felt very sorry for the lady with bright hair but unfortunately I just wasn’t prepared to take a sale any further.
Our experience probably would have been totally different if drunk lady hadn’t been present but it was really unacceptable for people wandering through and especially potential purchasers and it’s such a disappointment that she brings the company down to that level, i believed this to be a reputable company and expected a completely different level of professionalism from members of staff when it comes to a customer facing job.
