The sofa I wanted was available on other sites, but Fatsofa had the best price offer, plus I got an extra discount for being a first time purchase direct from them. Delivery was very quick, literally delivered in 48hrs. The sofa is great and really comfortable. My only issue and the reason for 4*s not five is, communication is really bad. I sent 2 emails asking different questions about the sofa, but had no reply, and I wasn't notified about the sofa being dispatched or being out for delivery. Fortunately I was home at the time of delivery but not prepared to receive it. I had to do some split second moving and dismantling in order to take in and put the new one together. Can't fault the 2 guys who delivered it though, they did a really good job getting it in especially as the 5 sections came in only 2 boxes.

Excellent service from this company! From communications to delivery, everything was top notch. The three and two seater sofas we purchased were delivered on time by a very polite and helpful driver. The sofas were just as described, beautiful comfortable fabric manual recliners that are so easy to operate. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use again.
