Everything went smoothly. The paperwork was straightforward to fill out. The website used by Red Sky is straightforward to use and if you have a problem, assistance is available by phone—friendly and helpful staff. The claim was handled quickly and I was kept up to date via email.

The website was easy to navigate. It was easy to start my claim. And the decision was made very quickly. The person I communicated with (Sue) was great. She responded to all my questions very quickly and kept me in the loop on the status of my claim. I work for an insurance company in Canada so I know that customer service is very important. Arch Red Sky Insurance provided excellent customer service.

The process for filing the claim was clear and easy. The claim decision was made in a decent timeframe. Updates were provided with every status change so that I could keep track of where they were in the process. I initially was dreaming the claims process based on things I'd heard about travel insurance, etc. But I was very pleased with how this went.

Scammers refund my money back

I had a three week beach house vacation plan. My family and I stayed one week and then hurricane Helene hit. I am from North Carolina in a little county called Avery county. If you’ve watched the news, you know Avery county was hit really hard. We lost our house. Me and my two boys were at the beach together and my husband was back home. He FaceTime to show us the devastation so we went and gathered supplies and got home as soon as possible. I contacted red sky insurance to be paid for the two weeks that I paid for that I wasn’t gonna be staying. They paid for some of it, but not all of it. They paid me a little bit more than half of what was owed to me. I just feel like they just kept MY money because they wanted to. Why in the world would you not cover someone losing their house what they wanted me to continue my vacation and just stay at the beach. This insurance company is terrible. In my opinion. It was back-and-forth back-and-forth with them while we were picking up the pieces of our lives. It sounds like a pity party, but I’m going into detail about this just because I can’t believe how they did not cover All expenses for LOST of your HOUSE! I do Appreciate what they did give back to me though.

If I had followed all directions correctly it would have been a smooth operation. Wayne and Karen managed to find the error, and all went well after that.

The process was relatively easy once we had our documentation in order. The adjustor was very nice and we communicated via email. We will definitely continue to use this agency for travel and insurance and very glad we purchased it!

Once the required information was provided, refund was approved that day and received a check in one week. Very satisfied.

No problems with getting a check that covered my cancelled trip. The cost of the insurance was money well spent

Two months after Hurricane Helene flooded out our vacation, our refund check arrived. I had to make many calls and emails to get satisfaction from Red Sky. After filling out many forms, RedSky jolted us by erroneously saying our case was denied. It took emails and calls to the rental agency to get things straightened out. There was a lot of frustration before this case was settled.

I just received the money for my claim for #303 and #302 condos at beach place Sunhost’s resorts from the Hurricane. Thank you very much for your attention on this matter. Dennis Nichols

They returned our money and were really nice when I called for updates.

We generally purchase this travel insurance. This is the first time I filed a claim. Customer service was very responsive. The claim process was clear and straightforward. My claim was approved and I’ve received a check. Couldn’t be better.

They continually asked for more documentation. Left me hanging for over 6 weeks. Wonder how much interest they made on my money. It should not take this long to get my money especially after a major hurricane caused our trip cancellation!

our trip was canceled to Florida due to the hurricane Milton I requested a refund by check. the claim was processed very quickly and approved with the check being sent out quickly. I highly value their professional service and would use them in the future.

They only paid two days of a four day booking when a mandatory evacuation for hurricane Helene was ordered on the day we were scheduled to check in. My reservation was canceled by VRBO. Called them at least a dozen times but no answer!😡

I had never used Arch Red Sky Insurance and was impressed with the service I received. Shortly after filing my claim, I received an E-mail telling me the claim had been received and throughout the process I was informed through E-mail about the status of the claim. I never worried about the claim being processed because I was kept up to date.
