Everyone I spoke to was patient and took the time to research the issues of my claim and help with a good resolution.

I could not make my trip due to illness and the staff was very helpful in guiding me through my claim.

We had a death in the family and it was easy to report our situation. We received our check in less than a week once it was approved!

The claim process online was easy enough, but required a lot of scanning in of documents and submitting. After everything was submitted a 2nd request for more documentation to be filled out by the physician was required. That then had to be gotten to the proper area of the hospital, filled out, returned to me and then submitted. After that, the time frame of approval and receiving compensation was speedy.

My claim and documentation was received and handled quickly and completely. totally satisfied. So thankful I purchased the insurance, because was unable to travel to the vacation destination due to a family emergency.

Redsky has been quick to claim my claim was preexisting when it would have been impossible to know that was the case. Doctors statements and documents doesn’t matter, appeals was to take 3 days, it has been a month with no feedback.

I was able to file my claim easily. The document upload system worked well. Communication from the insurance company was clear and efficient. Updates on the claim status were timely and I received my insurance payment quickly.

I was extremely impressed with the Arch RoamRight Claim Process. Although I am a frequent traveler, I have never before needed to submit an insurance claim. The process was very easy to follow and the correspondence from Arch RoamRight was quick and comprehensive. I highly recommend Arch RoamRight for travel insurance.

We cancelled part of our trip due to a death late 2024. We just received our refund mid March 2025. So yes, we did get our refund. However, it was almost impossible to speak with anyone with knowledge of the case. The people that answer the phone were very nice but could give no information and the person I would need to speak with was very seldom available. I got multiple emails requesting information I had already sent in. Perhaps they should be more specific what information they needed to begin with and check to see if they already had it. Got the feeling multiple people were working on the case and did not communicate with each other. I have never had to file an insurance claim like this so when the instructions are vague, it just causes confusion. Got the feeling they were dragging out the process to delay the payment as long as possible. I would not use this company again and hesitate using the condo rental company again since they recommend Red Sky in their information.

Medical information was sent justifying explanation for canceled travel plans. All correspondence has gone unanswered. I'm having to consult an attorney.

Worst communication from a company I have ever received. We provided several documents and had to continually follow up to get status. We then asked to have our claim escalated to a manager, which then took even longer to review. Eshuana was not helpful AT ALL. Terrible service!
