Had an issue with my keyboard. They responded quickly and sent me a replacement keyboard that showed up in less than 48 hours.

Great customer service, I was having some trouble with a speaker and Mike from support walked me down trying to find the problem. His quick responses and detailed answers help a lot in the process. In the end, we ended up replacing the speaker since it was still under warranty and the whole process took under a day. This was the best experience with customer support I've had.

Had a huge issue with my K719 firmware that basically bricked the entire keyboard, and spent hours trying to fix it on my own. Support got back to me in about 30 minutes, tried a couple of things then sent me a specific firmware update that fixed everything, all within 2 business days. Shoutout to Mike for the support!

I recently reached out to support regarding a business purchase one of our university faculty members made in April 2026, and Mike with LTC Support assisted me. The experience was seamless from start to finish.

Mike initially provided troubleshooting options, which is understandable and part of the standard process. However, once I confirmed that the faculty member had already tried those steps, he immediately recognized the issue and processed a replacement without requiring us to repeat unnecessary troubleshooting.

From a business and customer service standpoint, this is exactly the type of support I appreciate. Mike understood the issue, recognized the need, and resolved it efficiently without taking up more time than necessary.

I was getting fed up with Razer constantly bringing out the “next upgrade” and pushing newer and supposedly better technology. Then I came across Redragon! Being Welsh and having a red dragon on our flag, it immediately caught my attention and made me curious. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

After nearly 15 years of sticking with the same brand, I decided to take the plunge and try something completely different. I’m genuinely glad I did!

The keyboard is incredibly comfortable and gives my hands a lovely natural position when playing my usual games. The software is fantastic too, with plenty of customisation options and everything being straightforward to set up and use.

The customer service has also been brilliant. They’ve been friendly, helpful and responsive throughout the whole experience, which makes a massive difference.

And I absolutely love the little GIF screen in the top-right corner! Being able to customise it and make it your own is such a great little feature.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the keyboard or the service. Making the switch after almost 15 years was definitely worth it.

10/10 from me. I’ll absolutely be buying my next keyboard from Redragon!

I was having issues with a monitor I had purchased. Even so, the customer service was friendly, attentive, and had my concerns as a priority. They found an effective resolution to my problems and now I am even happier with their brand and products!

I honestly love this company, they provide quality products at an affordable price and I’ll never not buy from them. I had a pair of speakers that were unfortunately defective and with no issue they replaced them and aren’t even requiring me to fuss with sending the defective set back. I highly highly recommend this company.

I dealt with Evan from Customer Service. Dongle for my sons mouse broke. I inquired about a replacement and unfortnately they do not make replacements. So they are sending me a brand new mouse.
