I originally gave a 1 star review. That was before I was personally contacted by Armando the Operations Manager. He went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve my repeated problems replacing my Airpod. I am delighted that I now have a great set of Gen 2 Airpods and new charging case. Do not buy from this company! If you have a problem they will tell you to call if the online assistance isn't helpful but guess what? There is no phone number. The email response to me said
" we’re also happy to help via phone if that’s easier for you...or call our support line listed on your order paperwork for live help". There is no phone number listed on the order paperwork and repeated emails asking them to provide a number have resulted in the same bot responses that I have a gotten from the very beginning. This has been going on for days and my problem is still not resolved.

Rapid response to my query about the charging case, identify the issue and resolution. All happened in 24 hours on a weekend. This is called responsible customer service.

I have been trying to replace right ear bud for nearly two months now….first one did not work…second and third ones said Mismatched Air Pods Pro, and that neither bud is mine….I have sent you model and serial number….its ok to return one for an issue, but I’m now on number 3….i have requested a call, but all I get are emails blaming me for the problem…..I’m very disappointed.

So far not a very good experience. The Beats Studio bud i oredered did not work. The response of customer services to exchange the bud was quick and easy but I have to pay extra money for the replacement bud that to is equal to de defective. Still waiting for the replacement ear bud. I will update my review when I receive it and test it.
