New customer to the company, and had not received an energy bill in last 4 months. I called after 2months and was advised the property had an outstanding bill of £400+, I requested an invoice from the accounts dept who didnt respond and the deadline for paying the outstanding amount - without being issued a invoice - had come so I followed up on my email and then emailed the help desk.
My issue was picked up by the friendly and professional Sarah W. Who not only managed to rectify my issue and remove the erroneous additions, but kept me informed of actions taking place through the process.
in under an hour everything was resolved. sometimes you just need the right person to help you, Thank you SarahW!

I had a long-standing billing issue that took quite some time to be addressed. However, I appreciate that Nawaal ultimately stepped in and helped resolve the problem by updating my meter reading and generating an accurate bill. While the process was frustrating, Nawaal’s assistance in the final stage was professional and efficient.

I have had a long time issue with my bills and wrong usage charges, have spoken to different staff without solution. The last staff I spoke with before Fezile complicated the issue more, speaking with Fezile gave me clear picture of the whole issue and he was able to clear off the wrong bills. I hope this will be a permanent solution. Fezile was brilliant in communication and patience.

Had an issue with my bill , it was much higher than I had anticipated. I then contacted Rebel Energy, and spoke to Rhys . He was extremely helpful and resolved my query swiftly. Rhys provided excellent customer service and was very patient whilst answering the numerous questions I had . All in all one very satisfied customer.
