I have read many of the reviews and it appears size is the big issue. The problem stems from the size chart on the website is quite a bit different than the American size chart. I ordered a medium and it arrived with an XL size label on it. If you read the measurements provide in the website size chart you will be closer to your correct size. Other than that I have bought 4 items and all are well made with quality material. They arrived in a decent amount of time given they came from China and prices are half of what you would pay anywhere else. Plus I really like their styles.

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud! I placed an order on August 31st and nothing fit. I have contacted them through every listed address that I can find and no one has contacted me back with a proper return address. The packaging says specifically not to ship back to the address listed and to contact customer care for proper address and no one has returned my messages. I am sorely disappointed. Poor quality as well.

I was advised I could return a top…
I was advised I could return a top which didn’t fit and received the return label. I returned the top in august 2025 and despite I sending several emails I haven’t received a refund or reply. I’m considering legal avenue as it’s close to $200 and I returned the garment in good faith and trust in accordance with their advice.

Getting clothes made for one
Getting clothes made for one, take time. Real Silk, gives the time and provides quality silk, for the clothes to be fitting and comfortable. In 90 degree plus weather, they make being outside so much more comfortable and allow one to be at ease.
So far have bought pajamas, shirts, underwear, and may yet branch out to other items. The quality speaks for itself.

Ordered and was charged for 4 shirts and nothing came and no replies!
I ordered 4 silk shirts 8/6/25 and received an email right away saying. Congratulations you completed your order. But the email did not have any order number and they already charged my card for the 4 shirts. A few days later an email said my order of one silk shirt was shipping and did not mention that possibly the other 3 were on back order? It is now 8/16 and no products have arrived, the 3 tracking emails keep saying my package with the ONE shirt has landed in the US. It has been in the US for over a week . I have emailed customer service 5 times with the facts including a screenshot of my credit card charge paid to them for 4 shirts and have not gotten any reply. It’s time to get my credit card company involved to reverse the charges. Too bad as I did purchase in the past and liked the product I got. I do suggest anyone who listed they did not get a refund or reply have their credit card company reverse the charges. I am certain if enough people did that they would very quickly educate themselves on the importance of improved customer service.

Slow Delivery and Problematic Returns so far…
Delivery took 16 days which was more than expected. I ordered L, XL, and XXL items. All are TOO small, too tight, I'm 5'6", 152 lbs, well distributed. I've started a refund and have not heard back from them in any way. So I'm wondering if I ever will. When paying over $100.00 for anything I expect good, prompt service. I really hate to go back to Amazon for silk but they do follow through. I will update this review if/when I hear back from them.

Quality Silk Products At Reasonable Prices

I was thrilled to find a pair of blue super-thin underpants, even though I was looking for white cotton high-cut briefs. Box cotton shorts like Bond with a thick band on the waist were too warm for me, but super thin box shorts were acceptable, and it is in blue. Now I am 🙂.

It feels really nice, great fabric, great make!
One thing I'd recommend is to make some for shorter women, because mine is definitely made for someone with tall shoulders (so I feel like the bra doesn't lift enough).
But otherwise, it is great, can't wait to get another one.
