The picture that I thought I was using to figure out what I wanted to purchase at a high price, was, at best, "inaccurate". I thought I was buying a top AND bottom long johns,as shown in the photo, they sent only bottoms. And then! I find out that the long johns are defective!!One leg is 3 inches shorter than the other! Unfortunately, I am not able to send a picture to this site, So not only did I not get what I thought I was ordering, but what I did get was defective; I'm out over $50 and very unhappy! The company said that it would send a replacement without requiring me to return the defective longjohns. I'm waiting to see if that's actually going to happen. I do appreciate the fact that the company took the time and made the effort to respond to this review.

I ordered the silk cashmere loose lazy sweater in red. It is a beautiful rust-red color that really looks great on me.

The fits of these sweaters are perfect, and my body shape isn't exactly ideal. And the comfort/feel is off the charts. It is why I love cashmere.

The quality of the items I received were very good. The company is responsive if there is an issue with an order and will work with customer to get things right.

I have very sensitive skin and almost all synthetics make my skin itch. I used to buy expensive 100% silk thermals, and often found the neckline too high, or the elastic waist too thick and itchy. These 80% silk 20% cotton thermals are THE BEST!! Not itch, very lightweight, stretchy and opaque enough so that I often wear the perfect U-neck top as a shirt. Make sure you check the sizing - as a small, petite woman usually wearing a M in American sizes, I needed an XL which fits perfectly. These thermals don't bunch up under clothes, and they offer the perfect combination of great fabric, perfect cut, and true comfort and warmth in my New England Winter

Pros: 1. customer service responded with sizing help. 2. Lovely packaging. 3. Cashmere sweater is thick, warm, and comfortable.

Cons: 1. Shipping was long, going from China to CA, USA. 2. Sweater fit is poor for me. It's boxy so wide and short length. The suggested medium fits in the width, but wider than id like so it hides my build. Sleeves are 1 to 1.5 centimeter too short. 3. Website is hard to navigate, there's no filter and clicking tabs often resulted in new web browsers opening up.

I'm 5ft 11in tall, 165lb, athletic build, 32 pant size.

The silk long underwear set is really nice, mid weight and fit perfectly. I followed the size chart which was disconcerting because I usually take a medium and had to order an XL based on the measurements. But it was just right. The only reason for 4 stars is the long wait for delivery, but I didn’t know it was coming from China. Beautifully packaged though.

I love the 80% silk 20% cotton long underwear. It is warmer than hundred percent silk and doesn’t get cold when it’s sitting out. I like the texture I like the feel and I will definitely buy them again. They are fairly true to size. The silk turtleneck is wonderful. It makes layering so much easier when it’s really cold and I need my neck to be warm, I can put it on but later in the day when it gets warmer, I can easily take it off. I also am really impressed with the toe socks. I’ve been looking for silk socks for years. Happy to find them and I will be ordering more from you.

The cashmere jumper arrived within the time specified.It was of the highest quality and a perfect fit.Compared to others of a similar quality this was excellent value for money.

The first sweater I ordered was the Women's Slouchy Crewneck Cashmere Sweater in heathered gray. Nowhere in the description did it say it was covered in little sparkles. I though I could get them off because the sweater shape was nice. REALLY bad idea. Then I ordered the Women's Silk Cashmere Sweater with Loose Lazy Style in orange, which was very nice.

Products arrived on time and in perfect condition. Everything fit true to size, colour was as advertised. Very happy with cuctomer service and communication. Will definitely purchase again

Once is luck, twice is affirmation. I have now made two purchases from this fantastic company and can attest to their professionalism and the quality of their merchandise. They have been extremely courteous, responsive to communication, and attentive to details. The silk thermals and liners were absolutely what we needed, and wool socks are soft and durable. I will be recommending Real Silk Life for a long time (and will be shopping with them again). Shipping was prompt, and the items were handled with care. I'm so glad I found these folks!

I ordered a cashmere cover for my head for cold weather as I'm receiving chemo and have lost my hair. I wanted a soft, warm, high quality cover that would not irriate m tender scalp. I coldn't be more pleased. The cover came beaitiflly wrapped and I felt like I was rceiving a beautiful gift. The beanie is very soft and keeps my head warm and is attractive. Thank you!

I ordered and received a wool cardigan. It looks and feels good and represents a good value. I do worry about the many negative reviews the company receives.

I ordered three bras. Two are claimed to be 100% silk and the other 97% silk. They seemed suspiciously synthetic , as they were glossy and stretchy…they were like any synthetic bra I’d ever owned before. The fabric was also nothing like the verified silk I do own, which is dull on one side and not stretchy. So I looked at the fabric under a microscope and they did not match the description of silk. It looked like poly. Confident enough, I did a bleach test on each item on an inconspicuous spot and none of the items were damaged by the bleach. This is diagnostic. Bleach breaks down proteins in silk and damages it notably and quickly. By these tests, the claim of “silk” is entirely false. I emailed and explained this and was offered 30AUD initially but I declined and insisted for a refund, and have been notified that this is now in process.

Placed an order . Wrong size came. This garbage company wouldnt do anything to fix their own mistake.
All you get is the same BS message that theyll reach out to you to fix the problem. Guess what? THEY WONT.

I got the cashmere hood and silk panties. The hood is exactly as picture and the fabric is incredible - thick and soft - and the undies fit great (though i sized up).

I wish there was a one star option.
I ordered a white silk knit mock turtleneck. I am a US large so I ordered an XL. The sizing was fine except the arms were still a size small and were 2 inches or more too short.
It came in old rumpled up packaging, and there is no way to say it other than it stunk and smelled like rotten eggs.
It was very smooth and silky. I am allergic to silicone and dimethicone’s and every time I receive a new piece of clothing I wash it by hand. I know how to do this and I’ve been very successful with washing the dimethicone treatment out used during manufacturing. However, there is also silicone treatment that is given to cheap substandard clothing that actually fuses the dimethicone on the fibers and you cannot remove it. I very seldom encounter this, but this is what this silk was treated with. It is not high quality material needless to say I tried washing it three times with no luck and it was still slimy to the touch. After three hand washing it still stunk of sulfur. I was able to track down an order number though it was difficult and you are not permitted to return the item unless you contact them. I sent them an email and there was no response so once you have your item, you will not be able to return it move on and order from a legitimate company.
