The dress is advertised as suitable for office. Neither the picture nor the written description said the dress has slits on each side that come up to mid thigh. This would not be suitable as professional office wear.

I purchased many items based on reviews. I ordered my size of panty but 1 style was smaller. I ordered 3 bras in sister sizes to my own size, which was unavailable. None fit well. I followed all the requirements for return. The customer service is extremely slow. However, after 5-6 weeks, I have received an email regarding refund to be issued. Patience is required.

Besides it taking over a month to be delivered cause there was no indication that it was coming from China, the size is not true to fit i wouldve gone a size bigger if I had known. But quality seems to be good from what I can tell but I won't be buying from them again

You advertised your product being made in the US and made of silk . Both are incorrect. Sizing is not US sizing. Overpriced under delivered. Refund process is unclear, not customer friendly, and not reasonable.

June 6 Update: RSL informs me the item will allegedly ship on June 9. HA HA!!! Same email clearly states I have the option to cancel the order. DONE AND DONE and good riddance. I left one star only because the "false information/excuses" email replies from RSL did appear within 24 hours of my original messages.
June 5 Update: Still no ship date. Charge remained as posted. Contacted Amex and included the reams of excuses and false promises sent in email by RSL. Charge removed.
June 4 Update: American Express alert shows the charge has POSTED. As Ruby made quite clear in her June 3 email (and which is the standard almost everywhere), this action signals that the item has been shipped. I have received ZERO information from RSL informing me of a ship date.
June 3 Update: I am very pleased to share that in reply to the email I sent to Real Silk Life (shared here yesterday under June 2), I received a detailed message from Ruby that addressed most of my concerns. I still do not have an actual ship date, but I now have faith. I added another star and hope to continue straight to 5 upon receipt of my purchase. Sincere thanks to Ruby!
June 2: Below is a parsed version of email (with my order number removed) that I just sent to the email address I found on the Real Silk Life invoice sent to me today, June 2. I plan to share the outcome here - positive or negative.
I just placed my order and was shocked at how "instantly" the charge was posted to my American Express account (showing as pending) AND that Amex alerted me to the fact that this transaction took place in Hong Kong.*
* Note: You need to be more transparent regarding what you consider the "sale point of origin" (see invoice comment further down for the reason I am bringing this up).
I purchase a lot of things online. NEVER have I had a purchase appear so "instantly" on my Amex account. Most legitimate companies do not post the charge UNTIL THE ITEM IS ACTUALLY SHIPPED. Nowhere on the invoice you sent does it show even a projected ship date but here you are, posting the charge.
I am sending this message based upon the invoice details which show the SUPPLIER in California. Please connect these dots for me regarding how the core Hong Kong business (I presume) immediately posted the charge (pending) but you (actual supplier in CA) will be shipping it ON WHAT DATE?
I could kick myself for not reading the reviews before making this purchase. It seems people have trouble reaching customer service and getting answers. My true hope is that you ARE the company shown in the positive reviews and that you will address my concerns in your reply.
I hope to hear from you very soon about this matter. If you cannot send along the details about which I am asking, then I would prefer to simply cancel this order *for which I currently have no ship date.* Again, most legit companies allow cancellation within a 12- to 24-hour window of the initial order.
PS The phone number shown on the invoice you sent - 1 554 546 7711 - DOES NOT WORK. Some crazy announcement "you need to redial using the area code blah blah." Huh? The red flags are flying now!

If you get what you ordered and are happy with it, great. My experience is the opposite. The item was way too small, so I wanted to return for refund. Numerous emails with 'Ruby' in customer service; danced around the issue, would not authorize a return, as advertised a *free 90 day no questions asked printed policy* just never happened.
Emails back and forth, finally they want to *offer me a $5.00 token of appreciation-and I can keep an item I CANNOT WEAR. Great. No. This is not the way you keep customers. I think this is a scam Chinese company, do not do business with them, you will never get what you paid for.
Horrible customer service, cheap products, poor shipping. So sorry I took a chance and bought from them. Lesson learned.

They are a total fraud. They do not honor returns and my attempted return where they told me to send it was returned to sender. They asked me to ship it abroad at my own cost blaming a "change in their organizational structure." DO NOT BUY HERE. I DID reach out to customer service and got instructions for return shipment so they are being disingenuis to suggest otherwise. I have been communicating with Ruby at Customer Service for MONTHS. No refund and no acceptance of my return when I sent it just as I was told, where I was told, at my expense, and it was returned to me!
