RCB Logic Anmeldelser

Delivery of pre-order item was much sooner than expected and very reasonable price.

No issues at all.
Delivered on time

Everything was fine, on time.

Delivery was very speedy, and well packed. Impressed by the Mini Pro video mixer, the possibilities seem endless, and it's ideal for a more varied hybrid conference than we've previously held.

I've had a CYP HDMI Matrix for almost 5 years and it recently developed a fault. I contacted the retailer (RCB Logic) who worked seamlessly with the manufacturer CYP Europe to obtain an RMA. The unit was returned to CYP who tested it and found it faulty. To save time, rather than repair it, CYP contacted RCB Logic and gave them the authority to send out a new matrix. RCB Logic telephoned me on the 14th to say the new unit would be with me on the 18th. Excellent service - thank you

Kept informed, as described and quick delivery.

very easy and quick and prompt service

I was pleased with the pre and post order experience. Furthermore the product I ordered did work better than originally expected, as I was assured that it would.

Couple of IT gripes: After ordering on-line, I never received any email acknowledgment of the order/reference number as promised at the end. Also when I used the on-line form to make an initial enquiry, I never received a response. Used email to make same query and support was good.

Excellent, efficient service, including next day delivery of items.

Very quick response, good product and good price.

Great company. Well packed, quick delivery. Highly recommend RCB Logic, and I'll be back! Many thanks.

Rapid delivery (delivered in less than 16 hours from point of order).

Orders are always accurate with quick turnaround time! Staffs are always helpful with top-notch service!

I got a great service from RGB logic. I telephoned them to ask a couple of questions about a product I was thinking of purchasing, and they were very helpful, friendly and clear about the product I was interested in. I bought the product a bit late in the day so I missed that day's pickup for next day delivery, and they even sent me an email to apologise. I got the product the day after. It was still a fast and solid service. All round I'm very happy and I'd definitely buy from them again.

On time - and it just works!!

Immediate response to my order, Goods arrived on time and well packaged. Excellent Service. Highly Recommended

Rene and the whole team have been amazing. They went above and beyond to help me and really saved the day for a show that we had a camera in. It's really rare nowadays to get good service and the team were outstanding, I can't thank them enough. Such a top company.
