Excellent quality product that was delivered in shorter timescales than qyore’s.

I ordered in January order was not complete until September trying to get through to your staff is nearly impossible and a total lack of communication back when yiu do finally get through. would not use or recommend the company again although that is a shame as the products are quite good just very poor staff

Great garden set and everything as the advert, love it.
Only issue was delivery as driver wouldn't help my wife move the items into the back garden, was like 10ft from the pallet drop

Great product and good value. Delivery time disappointing ordered in March came late July. Also one section came from manufactures with a missing part, however service from the Rattan Group to resolve the issue could not be faulted. Thank you.

Delivery time was as scheduled and communicated which was great. When the product arrived it was a big wow. The quality and comfort beats all previous garden furniture that I’ve ever purchased. Added bonus with the free egg chair and fire pit plus the covers. The covers are of a very high quality. Fairly easy to assemble and a fantastic product which I would highly recommend.

The product is perfect, Great quality however delivery is very very slow. Customer service respond quickly and are easy to contact through the website.

I don't usually write reviews however the difficulties involved in dealing with Rattan Hut have resulted in this review.
We ordered our 8 seater Cheltenham furniture and firepit table on 22/4/25. At the time, as seems to be most of the time there was an offer of a free egg chair and covers which we (thought) we had ordered. There was also a button for a £150 discount which we thought was in addition to the above items as it was a sale. There was a Ts&Cs button but when my husband tried to find out what they were it wasn't working.
The main issue with the delivery is the time it takes. We finally received our furniture the third week in July 2025, 3 months after ordering. The furniture itself is sturdy. My husband put it together with little effort and it looks good, However, there were no egg chair or covers with it - useless in Scottish rainy summer.
I had previously tried multiple timesto contact the company on their phone number to enquire when it would be delivered. Don't bother - noone answers the phone. The live chat function seems more accessible for any queries.
On enquiring on live chat re the chair and covers I was told that as I had requested the £150 discount this was INSTEAD of the egg chair and covers. This is not clear on the website. I therefore had to pay back the £150 discount and pay a further £100 for delivery to get the egg chair and covers. I was promised they would be delivered the following week. No delivery then promised the following week....no delivery. We finally got our egg chair on 13/9/25 and the covers today 15/9/25.
The main issue is the terrible lack of communication. Phones are not answered. False promises of delivery times made. Promises to put what had been discussed in emails ignored.
Would I use this company again? Sadly not. Despite being decent furniture the frustrations of terrible customer service sadly outweighs the quality. Shame.

From ordering to delivery, this was a fairly stressful experience as the Cheltenham set was severely delayed. Poor communication along the way.
Like many others, we took up the “free egg chair” offer, ordered the set & chair in grey. Without notifying us, they sent a brown egg chair and refused to exchange it.
They have breached consumer law and the distance selling regulations!
Roll on some months and the frame of the egg chair began to rust, despite being kept under cover for much of the time. This is where their “5 year guarantee” is not worth the paper it’s printed on. They refused to honour it. I was promised paint so we could repair it. Unsurprisingly, this never arrived.
I’ve contacted Trading Standards & consumer rights groups, and a couple of reporters at daily newspapers. I was then, in September 2024, promised a replacement chair. This was due to arrive in January. As of September 2025, it has STILL not arrived (nor has the paint). We’ve had an email from a shipping company which says it’s due to arrive today and to click on a link . We wonder if Rattan Hut’s database has been hacked, and will update this review.
AVOID.
Update: what a surprise- the chair didn’t arrive. “Not loaded on vehicle”. Doubt if it will ever turn up.

Ordered a Cheltenham outdoor 8 seater aluminium sofa set without firepit on 30th June 2025. Wasn't until I had ordered & paid that I found out there would be a nearly 2 month lead time which was disappointing. Tried to call customer services many times but they never answer the phone. Did get some response on the online chat but no real help. After checking Trust

pilot reviews on Rattan Hut I was not optomistic that I would receive my order at all & regretted ordering. Actually did receive my order at the begining of August 2025. The deluvery by Palletforce was great. I'm actually very pleased with the Chetenham set - easy to build ,
quality components, frames & cushions. I did get a free Egg Chair & waterproof covers for the sofa set. These items are good quality too. My only negative experience was the lack of communication opportunities with Rattan Hut. If they had been
a bit more responsive then I wouldn't have had weeks of worry about spending £1600 & not sure if I'd get my order. I understand there may be waiting times for items but this needs to be made clear before purchase.I would have given 5 stars if not for this issue. Since my order

Quality of the furniture is excellent, if only they had been as keen to give an update on the delivery as they are on a rating!!!

Although the delivery time was long, it was as stated on order and when arrived was easy to set up and a great standard

The furniture itself is great and I’m really pleased with all of it. The only downside was the wait time but I always managed to speak to someone and they were always helpful.

Im still waiting for them to complete an order that was suppose to arrive in May. No covers and no egg chair for the summer season. Egg chair only arrived beginning of September which is now pointless until next year. Constantly chasing and now must wait for the L 6 seater cover towards the end of October. Absolute joke of a company.

We bought the 4 seater sofa, 2 chairs and fire pit set. Once we built the first chair, it was fast and straightforward to put everything else together.
Absolutely delighted with the quality and it all looks so smart and has totally upgraded our patio area. The set came with fantastic fitted covers to protect the furniture which we need as we live in Scotland.

Clear website to navigate, easy ordering and honest shipping details ie, time frames for receiving order. Very good communication from the company and from the delivery company.

Seems like an absolute scam of a company. No one answers emails/phone calls. Bought furniture that I need to return-have been emailing for over a month now and am no where closer to being able to return the furniture. They agreed to accept the return and then absolutely nothing. Seems like a one-man company and a total scam-do not buy!!

Great furniture, good finish went together easily and looks stunning in the garden.

The Cheltenham set is lovely. It was easy to put together and after initially buying the wrong gas bottle for the fire pit we got it sorted. My only criticism is that the cushions are a bit hard but other than that I love it.
