Great furniture, good finish went together easily and looks stunning in the garden.

The Cheltenham set is lovely. It was easy to put together and after initially buying the wrong gas bottle for the fire pit we got it sorted. My only criticism is that the cushions are a bit hard but other than that I love it.

We bought the 8 seater Cheltenham set with the fire pit table. It all arrived undamaged and was very easy to put together! It looks fantastic in our garden and super comfortable to sit on

I am still waiting on part of my order in September from an order in March.

Customer service never answer the phone. Messages are returned at night and delivery is promised "next week" or "tomorrow".

Missing items included the covers meaning we've have cussions in the kitchen all summer.

Very bad service.

DO NOT buy anything it’s a scam, they cancel your order then don’t answer your phone calls or emails.

Never dealt with a company with such bad customer service and communication skills. Order arrived, 3 items missing, 1 sent straight away and have been waiting since JUNE for other 2 items. Have had to chase each time, given a delivery date and it never arrives. They only give you an update once you chase. Now 1st September still missing 2 items and have asked 5 times now where my items are and how I can issue a formal complaint and guess what - no reply! Still 2 products down. What a waste of time and money. Would not recommend - do not order from this company.

It took a lot longer to arrive than stayed and kept moving date till I threatened a refund , I miss read advert apparently according to them , I’m sure they advertised extra £150 off in the same advert as free covers and egg chair , when questioned them got a cheeky reply . Charging me £150 for the “free” goods plus £100 for delivery .Goods are of high quality and we really like them . Not an easy company to deal with

I waited a long time for my furniture (April to August!) the furniture was delivered on time when I was told it would be, we've since our it all together and it's a great set. Very happy with it all. The cushions are comfortable too.

Only missing a star as there could have been a little more communication, I was aware that the process would take a long time, but updates would have been helpful to out my mind at ease.

Overall, a nice set of your willing to wait, it looks really nice and well made. I will be recommending this company.

The delivery timescales were constantly changing though we eventually received the furniture in time for an important party as hoped🙏🏽.
All conversations with the lady in customer services were always positive and she was the reason for it being expedited.
One point of feedback, please answer your calls rather than always having to get a call back as I’m sure you are missing business that way.

Comms are a bit quiet after initial order, but customer support is quick at getting back when contacted. Arrived when said it would arrive. Easy to build, looks amazing when assembled. Comfortable to sit on and relax. Well worth the money and the wait time for arrival.

The price and quality of the products I received are fantastic. I would recommend the products and company to friends and family, and anyone that are looking to purchase these products.

After initially struggling to find out when our order was going to be delivered, communication got a lot better & we received our order in good time. The quality of the product is very good, and the post sales customer service has been great.

I didn't notice when I ordered that the lead time was significant - that's on me (but still, 60 working days/3 months feels like a lot these days). In the end, the set was delivered just under 16 calendar weeks after ordering.

While the company was very quick to respond to queries, they really ought to be more proactive - promised dates came and went and it was only when we chased that we got an update.

However (and this is important), we're more than happy with the quality of what was delivered - both the chairs and accompanying covers seem very well made, certainly in comparison to what we'd seen at local garden centres, and it all looks and feels great.

Once the first part of the furniture was assembled the rest was easy and it looks great with the blue cushions against the dark frames.

Absolutely shocking.
We ordered a garden furniture set that advertised that it came along with two 'free gifts', an egg chair and a cover for the furniture. We were then emailed a discount code, which we applied and used.
When the furniture was delivered, we noticed that there was not an egg chair or cover, so we contacted Rattan Hut. They told us that by adding the discount code, we had knocked off the free gifts despite them appearing in the basket at checkout and despite this not being anywhere in their T's and C's. Eventually, we ended up paying another £200 for these items and were told delivery would be in 8 weeks. This was in April. As of the end of august, despite NUMEROUS promises of them arriving within days they have still not arrived and we have been told to 'wait a few more days'. We are completely fed up and have now lost the entirety of summer use from the garden furniture we were supposed to receive back in April.

The customer service is absolutely appauling.
