Received my garden furniture yesterday and it looks great. So happy and thanks to Kevin and his team for dealing with my issue which turned out not to be an issue after all just a packaging error. Just need the sunshine ☀️ now in Scotland. Thanks again.

Great service and really happy with my purchase. Items were packed securely and delivery team were fantastic. Really pleased with the quality of the furniture. Would highly recommend

We have made 4 separate purchases so far from this company. We bought 1 x bistro set, 1 x 6 seater round table with fire pit set, 1 x large corner sofa set with fire pit table, and the double hanging chair. All matching. All looks absolutely stunning.
Nothing was ever a problem with these guys, especially Kevin who was extremely helpful. Even when one of the deliveries turned up in the wrong colour, even after it was built, they accepted the mistake and replaced it with another brand new set without any quibble.
I highly recommend this company. If your thinking about getting something from this company you can buy from them rest assured you will not get a problem.

I've been struggling to find 2 chairs to match our existing rattan furniture for a while now but stumbled upon Rattan Garden Furniture Ltd on Google, I have to say I'm remarkably impressed, the quality of the chairs is of a very high standard. The communication I had with the company was second to none with Kevin being more than helpful, when I had a query he called me to discuss. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service . Exchanged my table no problem. Thank you for such great service!

Last summer was ideal for family get togethers with our new garden furniture fingers crossed this summer weather will not let us down.

I bought round table and four chairs in champagne and was well happy ! They look and are so comfortable and a really good price and received good service ! Highly recommend

A lovely family firm. We're a returning customer, having purchased a dining set during COVID, about four years ago. They're exceptionally well organised and their level of customer service is very refreshing. I can highly recommend.

They were running a 10% off deal at the time of purchase, on orders above £499 (this I assumed meant the 'total' order); but the discount was not being applied at checkout as stated. Our order totalled just over £800. So I spoke with Nikki on their online chat service and she explained that the 10% was only applicable to individual items of £499 and over. Our 'individual items' were £269 each.

However, Nikki promised 10% off our total order as a thanks for our loyalty as returning customers. I got a phone call from Kevin about 15 minutes later who sorted us out.

Very happy!

I bought an outdoor dinning set from Paul which I am extremely happy with , a very professional company with great prices . I will be definitely recommending in the future .

The store has a great selection of quality products which were delivered to our property within a few days. One cushion was missed but a replacement was quickly arranged and delivered with no fuss.
We’re very much enjoying our garden from the comfort of our new garden furniture.

excellent care of product with substantial packaging, prompt delivery, and nice furniture. Sales site easy to navigate and very pleased with my purchase. had a small concern which was sorted very quickly and satisfactorily well happy!

I had been researching several companies looking for rattan garden furniture and kept coming back to Rattan Garden Furniture Ltd. I'm glad I went with them as the quality of the furniture is 5* and looks amazing. I'm even more pleased with their customer service, the glass on the table had a damaged corner and a replacement was sent immediately. I had a follow up call to see if we were happy with our purchase. Would definitely recommend this company and would absolutely use again. Many thanks
