Rattan Garden Furniture Ltd Anmeldelser

Excellent customer service. We contacted them as our table had developed a few flaws after 3 years which was within our 5 year guarantee.
We received a prompt, polite response requesting photos and were informed a replacement would be arranged.
Within 2 weeks and it would have been quicker if we had been able to take delivery , we have a new table.
We are delighted and would highly recommend this company

The team and service received was amazing!
I highly recommend Rattan Garden as they are superb. Great value and extremely professional!
Thank you

I recently purchased a Rattan sofa set from Rattan Garden Furniture Ltd, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The quality is outstanding — sturdy, stylish, and exactly as described. It was delivered on time and set up without any hassle. The craftsmanship and comfort exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be recommending this store to friends and family. Great value for money!

Good service and good customer service and was very happy with the product.

Good service

Rattan garden furniture offers a stylish design, exceptional comfort, and durability. It's low-maintenance, weather-resistant, and provides great value for money, transforming outdoor spaces into elegant, relaxing areas. Highly recommended!

Great service in shop when you giving money very poor after service with delivery said if ordered today get tomorrow between 9-6 will be phoned hour before delivery got to 5.30 no call contact shop absolutely no help saying will be today did actually arrive at 7.20 pm but not full delivery not drivers fault at all he actually took time out of his own day to go get it and deliver it can’t thank the delivery man enough very nice man as for staff at Romford shop very rude and unhelpful

Great service received from Rattan, received my order swiftly. The staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Will certainly be using them again in the near future.

I would like to say the service in the shop is absolutely fantastic. Kind and very efficient. I liked what I saw and I wanted next day and without any hesitation they said they would oblige. Have to say great team work. Thankyou

Great selection of garden furniture, 25% off!! a great discount.Helpful staff and free delivery. Would recommend 👍

I ordered the Prague corner sofa from RGF and after a delivery hiccup, Jo & Vik were amazing and sorted everything out for me. Thanks for the great service from the shop and look forward to using my new garden furniture.

Terrible service, I had to go to the store because the delivery was missed, I did not receive a phone call or an email. When I rang the store to chase it up, I was told to email to rearrange a delivery, which I was annoyed at as it was their mistake. If I did not go to the store I would still be waiting for the delivery. I was going to buy a lounger but not anymore.
The order was placed under my partners name that is what you cannot find it on your records.

Ordered a rattan firepit table. Had an issue with the courier but this was sorted promptly by the team at Rattan Garden Furniture who kept me informed at every stage and I’m delighted with the purchase. I am sometimes dubious about online orders but I would 100% recommend this company.

Very friendly , very knowledgable. Made us feel super comfortable and over all a great experience , very easy to purchase items

After looking around the internet for many hours, I decided to buy the Platinum Tokyo Rectangular 6-Seat Aluminum Rattan firepit set and cover from this company. And wow, unbelievable quality and service I received! Kevin and the delivery team were outstanding. The table and chairs are very well made and are strong and solid. Upon delivery, a couple of bits were missing, but Kevin went out of his way to make sure they were sent to me the very next day, and they arrived without fail. Thank you, Rattan Garden Furniture Ltd., for the excellent service and excellent product; we are very happy with our purchase. I will be back here again very soon to buy more and would recommend this company to anyone looking for garden furniture. Thanks, Matt M

I ordered furniture 1 week ago, and have tried via their online chat, their sales email and their delivery company to get a response on the delivery date, but no reply

Hamza was very helpful with the placing of our order for the Sun loungers over the phone as we were having problems to place the order via the website

What great service received Dave in the store took plenty of time to show us all the different styles of garden tables and chairs and after picking the one we wanted arrange delivery which was amazingly quick . The delivery driver carried all the furniture into the garden and put it where we wanted it . What more can I say great service and great prices .

A lovely welcome and great service from Sarah

We weren't rushed and felt comfortable going back and forth to retry our preferred furniture.

A good selection to choose from to.

After being let down by another patio furniture company last Friday we placed an order with Rattan Garden Furniture Ltd. However we needed a fast delivery so called them, they confirmed with the driver he could deliver on Monday, and we had a call on the Monday with an ETA of when the delivery was made. The drivers were very helpful, placed the well packaged furniture in the garden, and we signed for the delivery, The quality of the furniture, firepit and cushions was excellent. However, there were no fixings or instructions in the box, so called them on the Monday to advise. They apologised and sent out replacement fixings and instructions in the post. Nothing was too much trouble, whether you communicate on the phone, email or live chat, they are very quick at replying. Excellent service from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Their furniture is great quality and looking forward to the sunshine to enjoy our new furniture set.Thankyou Kevin and the team :)
