I switched servers from Cloudways to Rapyd because they are the creators of Buddyboss and I use that on my wordpress site. Now that they have optimized things, Buddyboss works much more quickly.

I was worried the service wouldn't be as prompt as Cloudways, but they have been doing quite well. The migration process was quite smooth and I haven't had any bad experiences. Of course, there are always little issues that arise on websites, so that's why good customer service is really important to me. One of the support staff, Ruby, has really impressed me with her sincerity and ability to find solutions so quickly.

After 20 years in web development, I have tried most of the well-known hosting companies, as well as the lesser-known ones. A few years ago, I started hosting myself out of sheer dissatisfaction with all of them, whether it was due to the lack of support, high prices for little benefit, or interfaces that were too limited.

But now, we have RAPYD, the perfect solution for dynamic WordPress sites.

The performance is incomparable to other hosting services. The support has been amazing. They respond to chats quickly at all hours of the day, which is incredible. The prices might seem high at first glance, but when you consider the actual features, performance, and support all together, it is actually good value for the money.

Support is excellent and responsive. The platform is amazing - so much more flexible and faster than your average WordPress hosting company. I measured it at a 63% increase over my current provider, so whatever they did, they must have magic at their fingertips!

We had a challenging migration, but the team at Rapyd and BuddyBoss successfully migrated our member-only website and BuddyBoss app. Both are noticeably faster and more responsive than our previous host, Kinsta on Google cloud.

Ruby, was very knowledgeable, patient and polite. I am not an expert. She noticed a particular detail that I had not for a week. We followed her path of trouble shooting and she fixed the issue I had been plagued with. Then she opened another ticket to assist with some cache information. I am thrilled and extremely happy to have my site back to normal.

Speeeeeeeed! We love how fast our site is running. The support with our migration was excellent. Pricing, too.

I run multiple Buddyboss/Learndash/Woocommerce sites. Just transferred our first client there 2 days ago and the performance boost we got is amazing, plus we are paying less than what we did on our previous host! Big shout out to Graham Hoffman and Wes Tatters who were very supportive during the transfer. Their support channels are also very helpful so thanks also to Ruby and Shafin. I will be looking to bring other sites over to Rapyd soon. Cheers! Paul
