The service provides help at the touch of a button. I have had to reach out a few times and every time I received prompt tech support who tracked issues down. While the issues are slowly going down, they are explainable and fixable... the effort is recognized.

Faced with the problem of a fatal error when running a WordPress based site and the WooCommerce plugin.
WooCommerce tech support did not respond to my request. Searching the forums did not give any results.
The rapyd.cloud tech support team helped.
It took 2 days to solve the problem. Various tools were used to solve it.
As a result, rapyd.cloud employees have added additional code to the WooCommerce plugin and the problem has been resolved.

My website started to crash since I migrated. And the speed isn't what I have been promised - unfortunately.

I only have good words for this hosting company, the support is FAST, very knowledgeable, they don't give up until you fix your issue.
And the hosting itself...well, it basically speeds up your website x10. If you have heavy platforms like buddyboss, you will see an incredible difference.
Also the dashboard is extremely intuitive and really modern. Super happy.
