We worked with several hosting providers for our social learning platform but there is no alternative to Raypd Cloud. They deliver what they commit. Great team and Live Support are super cool!!

We started using Rapyd.cloud a few months back and immediately noticed improved server speed. Our site is relatively complex and we have had a few issues not related to Rapyd.cloud, but even still they have been there to support us! If you are looking for a hosting provider with incredible support, you have found the best place to be (we have tried several other hosting companies that have been fine, but Rapyd.cloud has had the fastest servers and no one has touched their 24/7 support).

I've been waiting for over a month for their services to solve my problem, but to no avail, I don't feel they're that interested in my problem. My tickets are closed without any resolution to my problem>.
It's starting to get tiresome...
A word of advice: go to your own host.

I had 2 issues. Both were addressed and resolved by the end of the day.

I have been developing Wordpress sites for almost 20 years now. I recently discovered Rapyd hosting - and the short of it is; I was dumbfounded how fast the website was loading with ZERO effort on my end.

Needless to say, I've migrated all of my clients to Rapyd away from Cloudways. It's ironic even that I got a call (first time in FIVE YEARS) from a Cloudways account manager asking me why I had cancelled so many servers.

I told her to go onto Rapyd.cloud, sign up for an account and test it out for herself, because frankly nothing they offered even came close. I said to her specifically that I am willing to pay $100 dollars more per month per site because of the quality of service offered from Rapyd over what I've experienced the last five years using Cloudways.

I say all this to say, that if you're on the fence - and you're doing some review research; this is your sign to go ahead and sign up for Rapyd. This hosting provider got it right, and as long as my sites continue to operate at the velocity and capacity that they have, no amount of cost is going to get me to move away for Wordpress hosting anywhere else.

The Rapyd.cloud support team is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Very responsive and made the whole technical experience a breeze. Highly recommended.
