Never in my life have I had so many server issues and unhelpful support. The Rapyd team accidentally deleted our live server. We will actively begin pursuing a server migration and full refund.

Support was able to step through various issues to come up with a solution as to why our website had gone down and provided recommendations for better security in the future.

I haven't become a customer yet, but I can tell they go above and beyond from talking to support. I will be transferring over soon.

I had a query about upgrading to a higher plan level on Rapyd Cloud to test performance improvements for some automated pages. The support team was prompt, friendly, and informative throughout the process. They clearly explained the flexibility in upgrading and downgrading within the same plan tier, which was exactly what I needed. They provided a helpful guide and clarified that billing would be prorated, making it easy to manage costs while testing different levels. I felt well-informed and supported every step of the way.

These guys go above and beyond to make sure that you have a great hosting experiencewithout charging an arm and a leg. The fact that you can get proactive help with actual engineers is amazing! Believe when I say if you are reading this and haven't tried them out, then you are surely missing out!!

We moved our main site over to Rapyd.Cloud 5 months ago. The transfer was smooth and the easy.

Our website which has a lot going on is super fast. We moved a second one over on one of the lower tiers and it is still super fast.

I added some code changes on our secondary site which looked good. Half an hour later I had an email saying it was offline and did I need any help. Luckily I know what had happened and made the changes. But this emails saved me having lots of customer enquiries and was very helpful.

Their team is alwasy on hand to help.

Well worth looking into for an option for hosting.

One point to note is that the hosting is per domain, not to host multiple domains. So just bear that in mind. But still great value and support on you most important online businesses.

The support have been much more hands on and supportive than what I would generally expect. Definitely got my money's worth there. And they're 24/7 online.
